Blossom Flower Delivery Do not sue this company

1. Paid for same-day, expedited delivery - discovered wasn't going to be delivered until the next day with no notification (low supplies)

2. They CALLED me to say the number on the order was bad

3. The promo code for my email address did not work (and my anti-virus blocked 8 tracking attempts)

4. The order confirmation tracking link did not work

5. They claim to be local but are not - they are a delivery broker

6. I canceled and was promised a refund - still waiting

7. They never responded to email or chat (so I had to call)

Just look them up on FB or BBB - HORRIBLE reviews

Blossom Flower Delivery Terrible Experience with Blossom Flower Delivery: Late, Broken, and Wilted Flowers, Poor Customer Service, and Dangerous Vase

I had a really bad experience with Blossom Flower Delivery. I ordered flowers for my Aunt's birthday and it was a complete disaster. I had plenty of time to spare, but the flowers were not delivered on the day of her birthday. I was really disappointed and upset.

When I called customer service, they told me that they had changed the delivery to the next day. But when I called again, another customer service rep said that it was not true. I was really confused and frustrated.

The next day, the flowers were delivered really late and the vase was broken. They didn't even knock on the front door or ring the doorbell to let us know that they had delivered the flowers. They just left them there. When I opened the box, I saw that the vase was broken and the flowers were wilted and drooping over.

To make matters worse, the broken vase cut my Aunt's hand. It was really scary and we were lucky that she didn't need stitches. I was really angry and upset that they would deliver a broken vase and not replace it or change it out for a new one.

There was also no card included in the delivery, even though I had written a Happy Birthday card. The flower arrangement was also smaller than it should have been. I was really disappointed and upset that they didn't keep their promise to make up for the lateness by increasing the size of the arrangement.

When I asked for a refund, they only offered me a 50% refund and a $10 coupon. I was really angry and upset that they didn't take responsibility for their mistakes. I'm never ordering from them again.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Blossom Flower Delivery to anyone. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and careless. If you want to avoid a headache and disappointment, look for another flower delivery service.

Blossom Flower Delivery Blossom Flower Delivery: A Total Scam with Terrible Customer Service

I gotta say, I agree with the other folks who've left reviews here - Blossom Flower Delivery is a total scam. I ordered a bouquet for my neighbor on May 20th, but apparently I messed up and entered the wrong address. (Blossom Flower says it was because of the "auto fill" feature on my device, but who knows.) Even if that was my mistake, I didn't get a copy of my invoice until a whole day after the flowers were supposed to be delivered on May 22nd. I had to email AND call Blossom to follow up on the order, because I didn't want to ruin the surprise for my neighbor by asking her if she got them.

Finally, I got someone on the phone and they told me the flowers had been delivered. But when I asked them to confirm the address, they had the wrong one the whole time. When I asked how that happened, they said it was what they had on file. I asked them to prove it, and suddenly the invoice I should have gotten right after I ordered the flowers showed up in my inbox... four days later. When I asked why I didn't get it right away, they just kept saying "our records show we sent it on May 20th," but they couldn't show me any proof.

And if that wasn't bad enough, they wouldn't do anything to fix the situation. Nothing at all. As a business owner myself, I can't believe how terrible their customer service is. I'm never buying from them again.

Blossom Flower Delivery Disappointing Experience with Blossom Flower Delivery: A Cautionary Tale

I recently ordered a flowering plant from Blossom Flower Delivery for our daughter-in-law who had just given birth to a baby girl. The salesperson on the phone was very friendly and helpful, and they recommended the Secret Garden arrangement which they said would contain pink African violets, pink flowering kalanchoe, palm leaves, and ivy. I was excited to surprise our daughter-in-law with a basket full of beautiful pink flowering plants, but unfortunately, that's not what we received.

When the plant arrived, it was in a little bowl with tall green plants, and there were no flowers to be seen (see attached photo). I was disappointed and confused, so I contacted Blossom Flower Delivery to ask why we didn't receive what we ordered. They told me that they had to make substitutions and that I should check their substitution policy. According to their policy, they may need to substitute flowers and plants with equal value considering the look, feel, and vibe of the arrangement. While I understand that supply issues may force substitutions, it could never be said that the two plants shared a common look, feel, or vibe, and they certainly are not of equal style or color. They clearly disregarded their own substitution policy.

To make matters worse, their website promised same-day delivery, but we had to wait three days for the plant to arrive. They promised me tracking information, which I never received, and they also promised that the driver would send me a picture of the plant when it was delivered. I did not receive a photo, and when I called to complain about the plant, the company asked me for a picture! To top it all off, I had already tipped the driver before he made the delivery.

The total cost for the plant was $105, but they only offered me a $7.49 rebate. I was very disappointed with the product and the business practices of Blossom Flower Delivery. Their product bore no resemblance to what we paid for, and their customer service was lacking. I caution everyone against using their services.

I had ordered a bunch of red alstroemerias for my 91-year-old mother's discharge from the hospital, but instead, she received a bouquet of white tulips and other white flowers. None of which was an alstroemeria. My father used to give my mother alstroemerias every Friday with a loving message, and I wanted to continue that tradition. However, Blossom Flower Delivery failed to deliver my order as requested.

When I contacted the company, they admitted to substituting the flowers without contacting me beforehand. They offered me a 10% credit, which I found unacceptable. I requested that they deliver my original order or give me a full credit, and I would return the incorrect delivery. However, the company only offered a 25% credit, which was still not enough to make up for the disappointment my mother felt.

I was disappointed with the company's lack of communication and their inability to fulfill my order. My mother deserved better, and I will never use Blossom Flower Delivery again. This company is a joke, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I recently had an experience with Blossom Flower Delivery and it was not a good one. I was promised that my flowers would be delivered within a 4 hour window, but they came extremely late. This caused a lot of problems for me, as my wife was upset and thought I had forgotten about her special day. I tried to get in touch with someone at Blossom Flower Delivery for over 7 hours, but it was a complete nightmare. I was hung up on and disconnected multiple times, and it was a real struggle to get any kind of response from them.

Despite all of this, I eventually managed to get my flowers delivered. However, they were not worth the price I paid for them. In fact, they were way overpriced and looked nothing like the picture on the website. They looked like something you could pick up at Walmart and put in a cheap dollar store water pitcher. To make matters worse, they had a really funky smell to them and I'm pretty sure they won't last more than a couple of days.

After doing some research, I found out that Blossom Flower Delivery has a reputation for being a scam. They are way overpriced and their customer service is terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and I think it's much better to just go to your local store and buy flowers there. You'll save yourself a lot of money and you'll get better quality flowers too.

Overall, my experience with Blossom Flower Delivery was a complete disaster. I think they are running a front for a rub and tug massage parlor, or maybe they just don't have any skilled customer service agents. Either way, it's a shame that they are able to get away with ripping off hardworking Americans like me. If you're thinking about using Blossom Flower Delivery, I would strongly advise against it.

Blossom Flower Delivery Terrible Flower Delivery Service: Lies, Delays, and No Refunds

This flower delivery service is absolutely terrible. I recently ordered flowers for a friend who had a death in the family, and the flowers were supposed to be delivered on 10/11. However, when I tried to track the order on that day, the site said "order not found". I called customer service and was told that the flowers were delayed because they didn't have the supplies. I was never notified of this, which was extremely frustrating.

To make matters worse, the recipient was going out of town for over a week, so the delayed delivery didn't work for me or for her. When I told the customer service agent this, she just kept repeating "we cannot refund. We cannot cancel". She said I had to call back the following day (Wednesday) to cancel because they would have the supplies (which didn't make sense to me).

I called back on Wednesday and spoke to a nicer lady who told me that the flowers were out for delivery, but not to worry because they would not be delivered if they couldn't get in contact with the recipient. She said she was contacting the delivery driver to tell them not to deliver (this was at 12:15). She told me to call back the next day (Thursday) and give them a date to reschedule.

When I called back on Thursday, I was told that they couldn't reschedule because they had already delivered the flowers at 12:39 the day before. This was confusing to me because I was told on the phone that they wouldn't be delivered. After questioning several times why they were delivered when I was told they wouldn't be, I asked the recipient to check her cameras and the flowers were not delivered on Wednesday like the customer service lady said. They were actually delivered on Thursday morning at 10:16am.

So not only did every single person I spoke to lie to me, but they also refused to reschedule or refund the order because they had already delivered it. This was extremely frustrating because I specifically asked them not to deliver the flowers since the family was going to be out of town. If they had delivered the flowers on the promised date, they would have been home. However, now the flowers are going to die and I'm out $90.

Every time I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told they were out "checking deliveries". This was just another frustrating aspect of my experience with this flower delivery service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Blossom Flower Delivery Terrible Experience with Flower Delivery Company - Do Not Order From Them!

This company is not the best. I wouldn't recommend getting flowers from them. I ordered my flowers early and gave them two working numbers and precise delivery information. However, they did not provide the arrangement add-ons that I asked for. I mean, seriously, what florist in the US does not keep mylar balloons that say Happy Birthday? They asked for a 'working number' by 'urgent' email, to which I promptly replied and gave them the same numbers I had originally provided. I sent this email twice for good measure. Then my 85-year-old terminally ill father had to call the company to ask where the flowers were, from his WORKING phone (the number I had provided) to give them the number I originally gave them (HIS number and the recipient's number), because they said they did not have a working number. THEN they did not even deliver the flowers after these multiple attempts to give them the correct numbers, WHICH they already had been provided on multiple attempts, so the day after the recipient's birthday, I did not need the flowers/chocolates any more so I called to get a refund and they said 'we need to investigate the issue' and hung up on me! SERIOUSLY?!?!? This place is not good. DO not order from them unless you just want to waste your $100. And no, I cannot post a photo of the arrangement because as I mentioned, it was never received.

*** Update*** after I called them yesterday to cancel the order to get a refund, apparently their 'research' regarding the refund was not research but to call the local florist and have them not only deliver the items after I cancelled but I specifically told them to give the items directly to the recipient because my Dad lives in a building where people steal anything left in a public area. They did receive them but that is actually not good because they were late (after birthday) and the item had been cancelled and a refund requested. I'm sorry the florist screwed up but that is not my problem.

I recently ordered flowers from Blossom Flower Delivery website, and I must say I was quite disappointed with their service. I placed my order before 7am, as they advertised same-day delivery, and I needed the flowers to be delivered before 1pm. I paid extra for this service, and during the sign-up process, I had to provide my information as the purchaser, including my phone number and email, as well as the recipient's information, including their phone number and email.

However, after about 30 minutes, I received a text message and two alternate emails requesting a good contact number for my recipient, who happened to be my wife. I immediately sent the information to all three sources as requested. After another 30 minutes, I received an email stating that they had updated the order, but then there was silence. I did not receive any further updates, and when I tried to use the "tracker" they advertised in the email, the link did not work. Multiple links in the email led to dead ends, with an error 403 page not found.

I decided to call the company to find out what was going on, and after waiting for 45 minutes on the phone, I finally got through to the sales department. The lady on the other end informed me that the shipment showed "on truck" as of 9am, but she could not provide any other information. I requested that they look into it and call me back, but I did not receive any further updates.

At the end of my lunch, which was around 12:25pm, I received a call from the company informing me that they could not honor their timeframes due to having "so many orders." They offered to refund me the upcharge for the expedited shipping, but I was not interested in a refund. I had a specific window that I needed the flowers to be delivered, and they failed to deliver on their promise.

When I requested that the order be cancelled and refunded, the lady on the phone responded with a "we are so sorry, we don't do that." I was extremely disappointed with their lack of customer service and their inability to deliver on their promises. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this company.

Blossom Flower Delivery Beware of Blossom Flower Delivery: Deceptive Practices and Terrible Service

My elderly mother, who is 82 years old, had a terrible experience with Blossom Flower Delivery. She was trying to call a local florist in our town of ***, *** but was deceived by a pop-up phone number for Blossom Flower Delivery. The person on the phone, who had a heavy accent, repeatedly told her that they were the local florist she was trying to reach. In hindsight, we realized that they were not the local florist but Blossom Flower Delivery.

My mother went ahead and ordered a large funeral spray for my cousin's funeral, which was supposed to arrive on December 21st at 3:00 pm. However, on the morning of the 21st, they called to say that they did not have the flowers to fulfill the original order and would have to substitute it for something else. A few hours later, they called again to say that they would not be able to deliver it at 3:00 pm as promised but would deliver it between 6-8 pm, which was past the service that was to be held between 3:00-6:00 pm that evening. Despite multiple calls to the funeral home, they never received the flowers.

We tried to get a refund by calling the company multiple times, but we were put on hold for long periods and hung up on twice after waiting for no less than 40 minutes each time. The recording while we were on hold said that we were caller number 23 and that our wait time was 15 seconds, but it was always 15 seconds no matter what caller number we were. We looked at the reviews after my mother was scammed, and they were terrible! It was one complaint after another, non-ending.

It is sad to see that our reputable local florists are getting ripped off by this company by intervening their phone number and stating fraudulently that they are the florist you are trying to reach. They need to be investigated and shut down! The reviews are hidden so that poor unsuspecting people are scammed into thinking this is a reputable company. They lie and deceive. We have reported them to the Attorney General, BBB, and other review sites. Everyone needs to stay on this fraudulent "business" to shut them down!

Sarah Lynch here, and I have to say, I am beyond disappointed with the service I received from Blossom Flower Delivery. I mean, seriously, what a joke! I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law, who just lost her husband, and was promised same-day delivery within 4 hours. I even paid extra for expedited service, but what did I get? Nothing but a runaround and a whole lot of stress.

First, they changed the delivery date without telling me. Then, it got pushed back again and again until it was a full week later and still no flowers. I called their customer service line over 16 times and got nothing but excuses and empty promises. They told me to hold on while they reached out to their delivery team, but that happened 9 times and no one ever answered. They said they'd call me back within an hour, but that never happened either. And when I finally did get through to someone, they told me their delivery people were too busy to answer the phone. I mean, seriously? That's not my problem!

As a Senior Marketing Director for Marriott Hotels International, I know a thing or two about customer service. And let me tell you, Blossom Flower Delivery's customer service is an absolute disgrace. The customer is always right, but they don't seem to care about that. They've embarrassed me in front of my family and caused me so much unnecessary stress. And to top it all off, they're not even a local florist in Texas like they claim to be. Their office is in Portland! That's just false advertising and theft at this point.

It's been a week since I ordered those flowers, and I still haven't received a refund or the flowers themselves. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Blossom Flower Delivery Disappointing Experience with Blossom Flower Delivery: Mis-Reporting of Delivery and Frustrating Customer Service

I recently ordered a birthday arrangement for my wife from Blossom Flower Delivery, and I have to say, I was disappointed with the experience. Although my regular flower delivery company doesn't work in the city where my wife is currently working, I decided to give Blossom a try. The arrangement arrived on the requested day, which was a relief, but unfortunately, Blossom indicated that the delivery was complete hours before it was actually delivered. This was a major issue for me, as I had called my wife to wish her a happy birthday and ask if she had received the flowers, only to find out that she hadn't.

It took me several attempts to contact Blossom, as I was placed in a phone queue each time and was disconnected twice before finally getting through. When I did finally speak to someone, they told me that it was typical for them to mis-report delivery. This was not reassuring, and I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Since then, I have received several emails and a phone call from the company stating that the flowers had been delivered. While I appreciate the follow-up, it doesn't change the fact that the surprise was ruined and my wife didn't receive her flowers until several hours later than expected.

Overall, I don't think I will be using Blossom Flower Delivery again in the future. While I understand that mistakes happen, the mis-reporting of delivery was a major issue for me and I don't want to risk it happening again. If you do decide to use Blossom, just be aware that there may be some issues with delivery.

Blossom Flower Delivery Disappointing Experience with Blossom Flower Delivery: Late Delivery, Wrong Plant, Poor Customer Service

I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty bad experience with Blossom Flower Delivery. I ordered a plant for my friend's birthday on March 15th, but it didn't get delivered until the next day. I was pretty upset about it, so I called them up to see what was going on. Let me tell ya, it took them FOREVER to answer the phone. I was on hold for over 30 minutes, and then it took another 13 minutes for them to figure out what was going on with my order.

When the plant finally did arrive, my friend sent me a picture of it and it was NOT what I had ordered. Like, not even close. I was so disappointed, so I called Blossom Flower Delivery back to complain. They asked me to send them pictures of the plant, which I did, but they didn't seem to care that I was unhappy with it. They offered me a measly 10% credit, which I didn't think was enough, so they bumped it up to 15%. But still, I was really disappointed with the whole experience.

To make matters worse, when I asked for their address so I could return the plant, they wouldn't give it to me! They just said they were a small florist in St. Peters. I mean, come on. That's not very helpful.

Overall, I would NOT recommend Blossom Flower Delivery to anyone. If you're thinking about using them, I suggest you check out their ratings first. Trust me, you don't want to go through what I did.

I recently decided to order some flowers from Blossom Flower Delivery to celebrate my best friend's birthday. Unfortunately, things did not go as planned. When my friend did not receive the flowers, I tried to track down my order. However, the tracking number did not work, and it took a whole day before anyone responded to my inquiry. This was quite frustrating, to say the least.

After finally getting in touch with someone, the real trouble began. I was instructed to call a representative at a certain number, but every time I called, I received an automated message that the call could not be completed as dialed. I tried calling multiple times, but to no avail. Then, I started receiving calls from the number, but when I answered, there was no one there. This was extremely confusing and made me wonder if this was a legitimate company.

I continued to email and call, but it seemed like no one was able to help me. I received one email apologizing for the delay and asking if I wanted them to continue with the delivery. However, I was shocked to find out that I had already been charged for the delivery that had not been made. This was unacceptable, and I was starting to lose my patience.

To make matters worse, six days after I had placed the order and four days after the occasion, I received an email indicating that the company had found someone to fill my order but that it would require an additional $40! This was outrageous, and I was asked to call the same non-working number again to give them my credit card information over the phone. I refused to do this and demanded a refund, which I did receive a few days later.

Overall, my experience with Blossom Flower Delivery was beyond appalling. Not only did my best friend's birthday go unmarked, but the hassle of the experience was extremely frustrating. If you are looking to have flowers delivered, I would strongly advise against using this company.

I recently placed an order with Blossom Flower Delivery for a funeral that was taking place in two days. I wanted to honor a woman who had been a part of my family's life for 60 years, so I decided to order the most expensive flowers. The customer service representatives were very sympathetic and promised me everything - prompt delivery, added blooms on the display, and full guarantees for refunds if I wasn't satisfied. I was impressed with their level of service and felt confident that my order was in good hands.

However, on the day of the visitation and funeral, nothing arrived. I tried to reach out to the company but was unable to get through due to their high volume of calls. After waiting for an hour, I finally got through to someone who asked where they could resend the flowers. I explained that the funeral had already taken place and the woman was now in the cemetery, so there was no need to resend the flowers. The customer service representative kept repeating the same question, and I became frustrated with their lack of understanding. I eventually found out that if I canceled the order, I wouldn't receive a refund or any compensation. I was not willing to cancel the order since it was the company's fault that they failed to deliver the flowers.

I was disappointed with the service I received from Blossom Flower Delivery. They promised me everything but failed to deliver on their promises. I believe that this company is a fraud and should not be trusted. I urge everyone to avoid this company and spread the word about their poor service. I plan to contact my bank to remove the charge from my account. It's a shame that companies like this are allowed to operate, and I hope that my review will help others avoid the same experience.

I gotta say, my experience with Blossom Flower Delivery was a total letdown. I thought I was dealing with a local business, but turns out they're just pretending to be one. I ordered a fancy-schmancy bouquet for my sister's birthday, spending almost $90, and paid an extra $30 for same-day delivery. But guess what? The flowers never showed up. Not even a phone call or email to let me know what was going on. The next day, my brother in rehab got a potted orchid instead. No heads up, no choice, no nothing. And get this - they tried to pass it off as an "upgrade". Ha! More like a downgrade, if you ask me. I mean, I could've gotten the same plant at my local grocery store for 20 bucks. And I still wouldn't have bought it.

So I tried to get in touch with Blossom, but it was like pulling teeth. I sent them four emails and made four phone calls, and all I got was a bunch of excuses about supply chain issues and how they fulfilled the order. Yeah, right. Two of the calls even ended with me being put on hold and then hung up on. And when I finally did get a response, it was some canned message about how they "appreciate my understanding" and "treasure my valued business". Please. They even tried to bribe me with a measly 20% discount if I changed my mind about being dissatisfied. Like that's gonna make up for their shoddy service.

To top it all off, I found out that Blossom is actually Sunny Flowers, just with a different name. So they're basically double-dipping on orders and ripping people off left and right. I've already disputed the charge with my credit card company, but I hope they get what's coming to them. Karma's a you-know-what, after all. Maybe they'll even face criminal charges for fraud.

Blossom Flower Delivery Shady Business: My Experience with Blossom Flower Delivery

I recently had an experience with Blossom Flower Delivery when I ordered flowers for a friend who was going to have surgery. The next morning, I received a text and an email from them explaining that they were having trouble finding supplies and someone to deliver the flowers to the area I had requested. They did find someone to put the arrangement together and deliver it, but they needed an additional $15 to complete the order. They were waiting for my response.

I decided to call the number and speak with someone about the situation. They transferred me over to the financial department to add the additional $15 to the order. The person I spoke with in the financial department asked me to give them my credit card information again. I was a bit hesitant and asked if they already had it. They said they didn't save the information and that I needed to give it to them again. I explained that I wasn't currently at my office where I had ordered the flowers from and didn't have the information on me. I also didn't feel comfortable giving my credit card information a second time. I decided to cancel the order.

After canceling the order, I did some research and found that many other people had similar issues with this site. It made me feel like the whole situation was a bit shady. I'm glad I canceled the order and will be ordering from a more well-known and recognized flower delivery site in the future.

Overall, my experience with Blossom Flower Delivery was not great. While they did try to find a way to complete the order, their lack of communication and the need to ask for my credit card information again made me feel uneasy. I hope they can improve their services in the future.

Blossom Flower Delivery Blossom Flower Delivery: A Complete Disaster for Valentine's Day

I gotta say, I wouldn't recommend Blossom Flower Delivery. I really wish I had read the comments before I went ahead and shopped with them. I ordered flowers from this flower shop for Valentines Day, and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. Despite using the delivery schedule on their site, nothing turned up in time. And to make matters worse, I still haven't received the gift from this company.

I made several separate customer service inquiries to get an explanation from the company about what had happened. But they were quick to rush me off the phone with no real explanation. All they said was that they were short on drivers, so they sent an email to the buyer that I would receive the order on the 15th. But even on February 15th, the order was still not here. I made 3 calls to customer service, and they told me they reached out to the driver and were waiting to hear back from them. They promised to notify me with an update, but I never received one.

Around 8pm, I checked the order and it was marked as "delivered." But I never received anything! Of course, I called customer service again, and they said they would investigate this and reach out to the buyer to make a redelivery attempt. But honestly, I DO NOT WANT anything from this company. All I want is for the guy who bought the gift to get his money back! Thanks for ruining Valentines, Blossom Flower Delivery. I would never trust this company with a special occasion again.

Honestly, the company should really adjust their system to let people track where their order is. They should have a photo proof picture taken to ensure it was actually delivered. And they should be more involved with the drivers who are delivering people's orders. It's just not good enough to leave people hanging like this.

Blossom Flower Delivery Disappointing Experience with Blossom Flower Delivery: Delayed Delivery, Additional Charges, and Poor Quality Flowers

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Blossom Flower Delivery. I ordered the Renewal bouquet on a Friday night (April 15th) and was supposed to get it the next day. But then on Saturday night, I got a call from someone asking me to pay an extra $40 to get it delivered that same day because they were running low on supplies. I wasn't about to shell out more cash, so they said they'd just send it on Monday.

But then on Monday, I called to see when it would arrive and they said it wasn't ready yet but that it was their top priority and would be there by noon on Tuesday. I was getting pretty frustrated at this point, so I asked if the flowers would look exactly like the picture online and they said yes, even better actually because of all the delays.

Well, when the flowers finally arrived on Tuesday afternoon, I was pretty disappointed. They looked nothing like the picture online and honestly, they looked like something I could've picked up at the grocery store. I attached some photos so you can see what I mean.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Blossom Flower Delivery. They kept asking for more money and my delivery was delayed multiple times. And when I finally got my flowers, they were a major letdown.

Blossom Flower Delivery Blossom Flower Delivery: A Scam to Avoid - My Terrible Experience on Mother's Day

I ordered some flowers for my mom on Mothers Day from Blossom Flower Delivery on May 14. I found them online and they said they were a local business in Clinton Twp MI. The flowers I picked were advertised as $84, but when I talked to a lady with a heavy Indian accent, she tried to sell me more stuff like a teddy bear, more flowers, and more balloons. I just wanted the flowers and one balloon, but she kept pushing me to buy more. In the end, I spent $130 on the order.

But then, on Mothers Day, the flowers didn't arrive. I waited until 7:30 PM and still nothing. I tried to cancel the order on their website, but it said I couldn't because too much time had passed. So I called their customer service number, but I was on hold forever. The automated message kept saying my wait time was only 15 seconds, but I waited for 30 minutes and still no one answered. Finally, a guy with a heavy Indian accent picked up and I told him I wanted to cancel the order. He said they would deliver it tomorrow, but I didn't want that. I asked for a refund, but he refused and said the flowers were already on their way. I didn't believe him and told him I would refuse the delivery and contact my bank to dispute the charge.

I think this company is a scam. They have a lot of people with Indian accents working for them and they try to sell you more stuff than you want. I wish I had checked the BBB before I ordered from them. They have an F rating, which means they are a terrible company. I learned my lesson and I won't be using them again. Stay away from Blossom Flower Delivery if you don't want to get scammed!

Blossom Flower Delivery Beware of Blossom Flower Delivery: Terrible Customer Service and a Scam

I recently placed an order with Blossom Flower Delivery in the morning at around 9am. I paid extra to have the flowers delivered to a funeral home by 1pm. I was feeling good about my purchase until I received an email at 12:33pm stating that they could not fill my order as deliveries had not come in. They told me that they were sourcing out to their partner florist who would do it, but it would cost extra. I was already paying close to $200 in USD, and now they wanted more to fill my order. I was not happy about this.

I emailed them back, telling them that I understood that things happen, but they should cover the cost as I was supposed to have this delivered within the next 30 minutes, and I paid extra for that. I did not receive a reply back for an hour. I was getting frustrated, so I decided to call their customer service line. They told me that I needed to pay the extra or it couldn't be done, as the florist only had designer flowers, and they were more expensive. They said there were no other options. I was shocked and appalled by their customer service. This was for a funeral, and they showed no sympathy. All they wanted was extra money.

I cancelled my order in utter shock and feeling very rattled. I decided to call another florist, and thank goodness they were very helpful and are getting my order out. They advised me that Blossom Flower Delivery is a call center, and what they do is they make you pay, then they call around to different florists and tell them that they received half of what you actually paid. Of course, the florist advises that there is not enough money. This is when they come back to you, advising that they need more money. This is a scam, and I am warning you not to order from here. It was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a flower delivery service.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Blossom Flower Delivery to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and they are a scam. Please be careful and do not order from them.
