I ordered a flower/plant arragement for my uncle that recently passed away this last week. Friday night was the wake/visitation with the family. I checked every flower arrangement and mine was not at the funeral home martin's funeral home grandbury texas. I called sunday morning requesting to have the delivery address changed to the church - acton baptist church - granbury texas. The arrangement never arrived at either place.
This is the email that I sent to the blossom flower customer service. I am requesting a full refund from the company.

I am very disappointed with your service I never saw the flower/plant arrangement at the furneral/ church for my uncle leldon wayne mcbrayer. I want a refund for my order. I will never use your service again. I will be reporting you to the better busness bureau about the service I received from your company. I will not recommend your company to anyone I know, not only I did see/receivce the arrangement this caused a family issue.
Thank you for your incompetent service and representatives.
