Blossom Flower Delivery review: Do not use this business!

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! I ordered a balloon bouquet for my son's 40th birthday and spent close to $100. What he received was a small box of candy, a sad looking flower arrangement and ONE balloon. I never received notification that my order couldn't be fulfilled, or they needed to do a substitution. I've reached out to them three times now and received one response saying the "team" would be back to me to address my concerns. NOTHING! Crickets now. I didn't think I needed to read reviews before ordering through them, but I was so wrong. I now see that this is a frequent occurrence with this florist. They are NOT a reputable company!
