Blossom Flower Delivery – Ruined birthday with undelivered flowers

Ruined my wife's birthday. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday over 24hr in advance. The day of I called 3 different occasions and was flat out lied to. "Sir your flowers are on the truck and out for delivery" Three times I was told this exact same thing. Well then comes 8pm the night of my wife's birthday. The company has no record of my order #. So, I have to wait to cancel till the next day. "Nothing can be done because no such order # exists". The order # I paid $100+ for by the way. This place is a scam!
