I ordered for same day delivery for my five year old niece who just came home from surgery. No delivery that day nor the next 3 days. You can only live bot chat. There was a problem with the driver (supposedly) the first day. No reply the second day. I emailed and received a reply that the delivery would be the next day (two days late). Lo and behold I received another email this morning stating the items I wanted, a get well balloon bouquet was not available. They posted a stock picture of flowers and a small bear asking if I would like this replacement. I had already reported to PayPal at this point. This company are scammers! You cannot speak to anyone. Luckily I found someone to deliver balloons and a big pink bear. I am on a mission to let everyone know how awful this is. My order was almost a hundred dollars! Now I have to wait for PayPal to investigate and refund.

I purchased a balloon bouquet for my son‘s 50th birthday in the amount of $80. The bouquet was to include six Mylar balloons and six various colored latex balloons. The bouquet that I ordered versus the bouquet that he received were nothing alike. What they sent to my son was 2 Mylar balloons and ALL pink latex balloons. They knew this was an order for a man because his name was clearly listed as the recipient and they still had the audacity to send him pink balloons in addition to the bouquet look nothing like what I tried to order.

I bought a personalized wine bottle to be delivered on March 11, 2023. I paid and had the payment confirmed. They did not deliver on the asked date. I asked them on March 12 what happened, and they said they did not deliver. I asked a refund. On March 13 I received an email that the gift was received. It was not and they don't answer to my email anymore. I want a full refund; it ruined my surprise and they said they delivered something they did not.

They say they deliver same day, didn’t happen. Ordered a set of balloons for my three year old granddaughter‘s birthday that never got there. Talk about sad. Made the order online in the morning. Checked the order later in the evening and it showed, “ordered”. Then I checked it a minute later and it said “in process “. I read that they will only refund you if the order has not been processed. It seems somewhat of a scam to check my order and see “ordered quote and then check at 60 seconds later and see “in process “. It seems like they changed it just to get my money. I would like a full refund.

I am absolutely mortified that I ordered 15 balloons that I hand selected for my best friend's 40th Birthday. I made sure I ordered within a week prior to delivery date. I spent $115 which is a lot of money. Not only did they deliver 15 balloons that I did not order, but then never sent me an email to tell me or to ask me if I still wanted the balloons. Since 11/19 I have incessantly emailed, messaged picture's of the ugly balloons they sent without my confirmation to change them and they refuse to refund me. They did not adhere to their return/refund policy and they will not give me my money back. They are corrupt and scammers. They replied they will give me 15$ or $25 refund on a $115 order that was wrong because of them.

Customer service has been unable to provide the name of individual who accepted the balloons only that they were delivered at 10:26 to the front door. My daughter never received the balloons.

I ordered a set of Mother's Day balloons in the amount $48.75 which was taking out of my account that very day on 05/02/2022 to be delivered to my mother-in-law on 05/06/2022 and they were never delivered. I checked my account on the Gift Blooms website and checked my order status and it clearly says that the order was hand delivered

Horrible company. I ordered a big lovely balloon bouquet for my brother and sister-in-law's 20th anniversary. Placed the order on Monday for a Thursday delivery, plenty of time to contact me if they didn't have what I ordered in stock.

They only sent 5 crappy balloons, one of which was deflated. There is no way to contact an actual person except through their chat. Only received half my money back through Paypal.

I have ordered a Memorable Mosaic Plant and the vase is different from the one shown on the website.

I have ordered this Plant on February 23, 2022 for next day delivery

The delivery was on time but the expectation was not met due to the Plant Vase.

I ordered this item from Gift Blooms online.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!...Checked on our order the day before it was to be delivered and they confirmed the order. Day of delivery they put it on hold and had no one to deliver it. WHAT?...I asked if they checked that out before confirming it would be delivered and they were very sarcastic!...you can't talk to anyone it has to be a chat with " EDWARDO!... So they guarantee to deliver the next business day...NOT!...They provide tracking and it sat as pending all day and would not answer any of my questions!...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!...I contacted my credit card company and cancelled payment!

On 1/13, I paid $50 for an item that was never delivered. I emailed, called, and wrote to GiftBlooms in the chat. I haven't receive any responses to any of my queries. I would like a full refund.

I wanted to send birthday cake to my daughter on her birthday so I searched online and this spam website gift bloom popped up.
So I ordered Birthday Vanilla Bean Cake and paid $52.99 for the cake and $40.61 for shipping charges on December 2nd 2021 to be delivered on December 4th. So the total amount that I paid was $93.60 which is too high. I entered the name and complete address of the receiver online and it was supposed to be delivered on December 4th to my daughter but it was never delivered. This company has no phone number to contact. It has only small text box on their website. Once I enter the details, the info was sent to them and no response received. So the only option was via email support@giftblooms.com. When I tracked the UPS tracking number which I received from them in email, it said address is incorrect. When I contacted UPS toll free number, I was told that only the sender should update the correct address and not me. So I sent email to the cake company and asked them to provide correct address to UPS but they never did and finally the cake was returned to the sender on December 16th. So I requested for the full refund but the cake company lied to me and sent email saying the cake was delivered to my daughter. Please help me to get full refund from this scam company.

The product I ordered was completely different from what has been received. I have specifically asked for the replacement to be of similar value and packaging to be the similar as what's advertised on the website.

On 17th Dec I receive these photos from the receiver. Most items in the hamper looks like loose items from somewhere being put together to be called a hamper. The whole thing cost $183! Worst thing is the juice was destroyed and leaked everywhere. Completed disappointed with the quality of hamper.

Services are horrible. I have followed up several times with Jagma CS to get a tracking code, no reply at all. I could not track the parcel and had to notify the receiver to keep an eye out on the parcel coming his way. Parcel was supposed to be a surprise which was ruined.

I order the fiery lily and rose because of the fall colors but when it arrived instead of orange rose like the picture they were yellow and it came with like three roses not 5 like the picture in all the flower arrangement was not what I ordered very disappointed I don't know it's there's a way to fix this but I'm not happy with the flowers My email is [protected]@yahoo.com

I placed an order 5 days ago for a flower and cake combo which cost me a bomb $177 and low and behold the cake never ended by getting delivered. My husband's birthday was ruined caused he didn't have any cake to cut on his birthday.

Since this I have been following up with the team and there is radio silence, no one's been answering my calls or replying to my texts. Appalling service and such a bad customer experience.

Given how they have been ignoring me as a customer, this is a class one dodgy company that's out of scam people!

Hi, i have made an order regards to above mentioned order no and the order was cancelled could you please refund my money to my bank account

My friends and I bought an Orquidea for a friend who had just delivered a baby. The Orquidea was two plant in same pot (two Orquidea). The price was extremely expensive, It cost $135 (£100). She received the Orquidea and after a few days one of the plant started to die and she had to removed it from the pot. The second plant is dying at the moment so, the Orquidea has last for two weeks only. This was a friend' group gift with a sentimental content as she is alone with her husband in Hong Kong.

Apparently, the plant was overwatered when it was received and we do not know what other problems. Normally an Orquidea last more. Also, I sent an email complaining and claiming a refund or a new Orquidea and they responded saying that I should contact them after 2 days of receiving the Orquidea. I have contacted them after seeing the plant dying! They have responded to me that they will not refund any money and they did not offer another plant to be delivered.

We are very upset with this.

On 18.08.2021 I placed an order for balloons for my niece's 13th birthday to be delivered same day. I paid CA$82.44 and received confirmation of order No # 317304 with the status that it was received and being processed.

I am disappointed to report that balloons have still not been received19.08.2021 10:08 MDT. I am also disappointed to report that despite contacting this company about situation I have not had the courtesy of a reply. I have reached out via email, their online email service and even attempted a chat with them on their website but over 35 minutes later after being initially told "hello give me one sec to scan on it" after explaining the situation, I am still waiting to hear anything at all.
