April 29, 2021 ordered flowers to be sent to my mom in new jersey.order #473267 Did not recieve what what was ordered or nothing at all. What she recieved was a dozen store baught roses still in plastic wrapper and a glass vase in a local store shopping bag, No paperwork with it, No knock on door, When i tried to resolve with company they did not get back to me. After reading reviews i realized i was taken for $72.00. I have order receit with desciption of flowers wanted and specifics on no roses or sunflowers, , complaint e-mail to company also, . And have reached out to my bank. I will also be contacting my local news station and poissibly a lawyer if I can not get my money back and get this company closed down! Next letter goes to my Attorney General in Rhode Island. Thank you for any advice you can give me to help assist so this doesnt happen to another consumer.Peggy Toppa [protected]

Desired outcome: i want my full refund from this company. And would like to see them investigated for fraud.

They are not even a real florist they are a scam. They took my order only to call me to tell me if I wanted my order delivered I had to pay another $20 and when I said no they canceled my order. Tried calling got hung up on 6 times. I want my 91 dollars refunded. STAY AWAY
