Flowers were to be delivered to my daughter on a Sunday, May 18, by 1:00. I paid for expedited delivery. Needless to say they didn’t arrive. I called Monday and they were gonna be delivered that afternoon. Didn’t arrive. I called and they now say they will be delivered Tuesday for sure. The customer service agent was going to follow up and let me know when they shipped. She didn’t. I called tonight and they sent a picture of the delivery at 930 am this morning. It shows a small corner of a garage door with a little box. It was not the big bouquet of flowers I ordered. I also left instructions to leave on the front porch. So disappointed!
Recommendation: You will be disappointed if you use Blossom
All you wanted was your bouquet delivered on time. Instead, they missed your deadline, fed you consistent delays, and delivered an ordinary box masquerading as a premium arrangement at the last minute — typical bait-and-switch. You never received what you paid for, when you paid for it, or where you requested. Get your refund, and make sure they don’t try to use flimsy photo “evidence” of some random box to justify not giving you your money back. You were scammed, no two ways about it.
