FlowerShopping.com Flower delivery

This is the most disgraceful company I’ve ever done business with. Truly disgusted. I paid for a large bouquet filled with roses and other flowers for a dear friend of mine. The smallest bouquet showed up with 6 Lilly’s. It was utterly humiliating. Customer service is a disgrace and continues to tell me that the flower shop it came from didn’t have what I purchased so they filled it to an equivalent price point of flowers. WOW I had no idea 6 Lilly’s were equivalent to a bouquet of 30 roses and other flowers. They refuse to refund me. It’s disgusting the advantage they took of me. NEVER do business with these people they are scammers and thieves.

FlowerShopping.com Hugs and kisses flower arrangement

I was asked to out in a zip code for the area I was wanting to get flowers delivered to, and they said they could deliver in that area. After I submitted the order with my debit card I got an email saying that my order was canceled and that i would receive a refund. I haven't received anything and I will continue to make complaints and leave the reviews they deserve. If I can give them negative 5 stars, I would. They don't even deserve one star. How can you say you will deliver in my area, charge an outrageous delivery fee, take my money, and then not even give it back to me? I am not a wealthy person that money was saved to buy my sister flowers for her birthday!

FlowerShopping.com Birthday Flower Arrangement

We placed an order for a beautiful arrangement on 9/14/23 to be delivered on 9/19/23. The flowers were not delivered and we were not informed that there was a delay. Flowershopping.com stated they did not have time and would outsource the delivery on 9/20/23 when they were contacted. What we ordered compared to what was received was night and day difference. We ordered a Deluxe arrangement in a glass vase with so many flowers. The recipient received nothing even close to what was ordered.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund.

FlowerShopping.com Incorrect order

I ordered a birthday bouquet for a friend of mine. The description and photo on the website showed a beautiful arrangement in a Victorian teacup. The description actually said that it came in a Victorian teacup. When my friend received the arrangement, it was in a cheap looking mug that said “pick me up” all over it… not even birthday related. When I contacted the company, they offered a 15% refund on my order… I will NEVER use this company again and I will discourage anyone I know from using them as well.

Desired outcome: I feel like a full refund is warranted.

FlowerShopping.com Undelivered Funeral Arrangement

I placed an order on May 28, 2023 for a flower arrangement to be the centerpiece for a funeral / Celebration of Life on June25, 2023. My instructions was that the arrangement must be delivered by 11am for the event beginning at 1pm, even paid extra for them to be delivered on a Sunday. The arrangement was never delivered and we did not have a centerpiece for our event. I am totally disappointed that this irresponsible behavior affected such a personal event for our family. I have continued to reach out to their customer service via phone call and the contact page on their website but they will not respond to me. I paid over $150.00 for this product and unacceptable service! Horrible experience and I'm now apparently out of my hard earned money!

FlowerShopping.com Mother’s day …. Dissatisfied!

I am requesting a full refund for this order. My dissatisfaction is far beyond being unhappy with the arrangement, as what I ordered is nowhere near close to what was delivered. As a reminder... I ordered Teleflora's Morning Melody - Deluxe (Lavender roses and waxflower, purple limonium and greens are hand-delivered in a lavender cube that's all wrapped up with a vibrant purple taffeta ribbon) + a mylar Happy Mother's Day balloon with 2 purple latex balloons. The pic of what was actually delivered is attached to this email.

The arrangement delivered didn't even have ONE purple flower, no ribbon, no lavender cube AND none of the balloons were delivered. I was very intentional when I placed this order on May 4. Given that the delivery was scheduled for 10 days later, the florist had ample time to acquire the items I ordered. At minimum, I would have expected to be notified in advance if the florist was unable to fulfill the order. If I had been notified, I would have instructed them to cancel the delivery and issue my refund at that time. Unfortunately, I was not provided the opportunity to decide if I actually wanted something that I did not order.

This was either a wanton disregard for customer service, or an extreme lack of professionalism - or potentially both. Either way, you managed to reduce this gift that I took the time and consideration to plan for someone that is important in my life to a haphazard arrangement of random "freshest available" products. The offer of 35% off the product price is absolutely unacceptable - as, again, this isn't even the product I ordered.

You can return your order within the satisfaction guaranteed time and we will either refund your money or redeliver a new product. Refunds are returned to the payment method on your original purchase and typically take 1 - 3 business days. Please advise when my total refund of $117.21 will be issued. I am more than happy to return the flowers (that I did not order) as I am still within the 7 day satisfaction guarantee window.

This company is a scam!

This company is a scam! They took your money $300 worth and send your family funerals a $9.99 spray with barely any flowers. Make you look cheap abs a joke! Call a complaint but they say that Ty hey check into it! Really? Does funeral wait!? Can it leave review on their site, as most of those are fake review anyway! Don’t buy from them.

I want to start off by saying that I've never written a bad review in my life. Do not use this flower delivery service if you love your loved ones. Spent 96$ on same day delivery for flowers for my mom's birthday, 96$. Not only were they not delivered, I called and emailed customer service countless times only to receive no responses and no information on my order. I'm pretty sure this website is a scam, I've seen plenty other reviews refer to it as such, and the last thing you'd want to use for mother's day or any other occasion this year.

Desired outcome: Actually hearing back, getting an apology, getting an apology to my mother, and getting a full refund.

I ordered flowers and delivery for my anniversary worth $91.44 for same day delivery. I paid $18 from this service. They did not deliver my flowers even though I placed the order before 10 am. I cannot get in touch with anyone from the company to get my money back. Their website does not allow for reviews to be written. All their reviews are cherry-picked and therefore meaningless. At this point they missed my anniversary so I want my money back.

They are a SCAM! Received and email around 3:00pm that they couldn’t deliver the flowers I ordered without an additional $40 and even then the delivery would take place the following day. Scam. Fraud.

This business is a scam. They agreed to deliver flowers on a specific day for a specific price, then sent me an email saying the flowers would be delayed... But if I was willing to pay $50 more, they could get the flowers to m recipient on time. Still dealing with getting them to refund my money. I wound up using another florist, but the flowers were delayed by a day because of this company.

Customer service is garbage and apparently on holiday (this is Wednesday afternoon before Easter and within their stated call time hours). Can’t find out if my same day delivery flowers were delivered yesterday. The number given that says to track your order ends up at a person to take orders and has now ability to track or find help. After 7 phone calls I still don’t know if my sympathy flowers have been delivered.

Desired outcome: Confirmation of delivery to correct address/who signed for it, or a refund.

FlowerShopping.com Incorrect order

Terrible customer service. I ordered a sympathy basket of all white flowers to be sent to my grandmother to show our condolences for my grandfather passing in March 9. The bouquet that was sent contained bright pink and purple flowers. Customer service said they would refund me 15% of my purchase price. I paid extra to have the flowers delivered the same day before 4- I did this for a reason. When I expressed I was not happy with this, they said they would see if they could get the flowers picked up to possibly give me a refund. When the florist said they made the bouquet I ordered and would be delivering it (which is now March 10), flowershopping.com said I would no longer be getting any discount on my purchase price. The florist said that flowershopping.com sent her the wrong bouquet that was to be made and they refuse to take any accountability for their actions.

Desired outcome: Apology and refund or at minimum, full credit toward a future order (which would make me use them again and hopefully be pleased with their service)

FlowerShopping.com Valentine's Day flower delivery

-I ordered Valentine's Day flowers for my girlfriend in January for delivery to her work office

-Valentine's Day comes, and there is no delivery

-I receive a call from flowershopping.com apologizing they missed the delivery, but will re-route and have it shipped to her home address

-Nothing shows up at our condo

-I call the next day and am promised the arrangement will arrive the following day (FEB15)

-FEB15th comes, and there is no delivery

-I ask for a full refund to which I am promised I will receive in a few business days

-Today is FEB23, and I got only a partial refund

-Tried emailing four different times to customer service and calling in countless times. All calls and emails are being ignored.

Desired outcome: Give me my full refund.

I order flower to be sent same day delivery. The flower arrived brown, wilted and dying. I contacted customer service as well as provided pictures. They responded by saying they contacted their vendor and they stated “we used our freshest flower.” This is false advertising, miss leading and stealing. I paid for vibrant flowers and received flowers that looked like they were 3 weeks old. Below you will find what I order versus what I received.

Desired outcome: They offered 35%. I need my full refund.

This was the worst experience I have ever had ordering flowers online. Do not send your money to this company for any occasion and expect for them to deliver. I placed a same day order on Monday. They called me on Tuesday and said they placed the order on hold because there was no signature on the letter. I spoke with them again on Wednesday and they still had the order on hold because the florist that they were having deliver was out sick. Spoke with them on Thursday and the order still had not gone out. Our is Friday and I just got an email saying that they found a florist which was outside of their network area to be able to deliver the items but they wanted an additional $28 on top of what I already spent on the same day delivery. THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

I’d ordered from flowers.com for a funeral from our company it was supposed to be a standing cross with red roses in the middle very elegant but instead they received a pathetic shameful (not even standing) flower that didn’t even resemble to what I’d ordered and it wasn’t cheap the point is they screwed up big time and nobody ever contacted me to inform me of any changes or that the darn flower shop couldn’t make the same arrangements. It’s embarrassing and to make the matters worse they printed the paper with the order and my message and attach that to the flower which it’s very unprofessional and embarrassing. Please look at my original order and look what these idiots sent and how it was sent. My picture is proof enough that they SCREWED UP.

Desired outcome: They need to give my full refund of $199.00 back.

On October 24, 2022, I placed order 2877634 for this item Teleflora's Morning Melody T68-3A accompanied with a balloon to be delivered to my wife in our wedding anniversary. It was supposed to be purple flowers and a purple vase and to my dismay, they delivered the wrong item, with no balloon. When I called then, they offered to return my money or send a replacement and they did neither. They just sent me an email apologizing and offering a 10% reimbursement, which I objected. They ruined my wedding anniversary and charged me $71 dollars for the wrong arrangement.
