Flowers never arrived. Horrible service. Business "looks" like it's a local business, but doesn't seem to be. Since placing my order just 2 days ago I have received MANY spam/solicitation emails, but no email indicating that the delivery was made. And poor service when I inquired (multiple times) about the delivery status "we'll check with the driver..." Well, the driver didn't deliver them on the designated date (for a 90+ year old's birthday) and didn't respond to the company when they tried to reach out to him the day the delivery was to have happened. Now they tell me it's a 3 or so day process to cancel the *undelivered* order and receive a refund... but first they need to hear back from the driver. Seriously?! If it was a local business (or a business that had good service) they would know where the order was and if it had/hadn't been delivered. Don't use Blossomflowerdelivery.com!
