Arrangement of peonies ordered on May 13, TO BE DELIVERED ON 14 (Mother's Day). Extra $6 paid for delivery before 1 p.m. Other companies specifically stating delivery on May 14 was already unavailable, I ordered via Blossom Flower Delivery because they were (apparently) able to do so. E-mails and SMSs received from Blossom Flower Delivery: May 14 at 5:30 p.m. "unable to complete the delivery in a timely manner", order expected to be delivered on May 15. On May 15, order expected to be delivered on May 16... the same day after day until the DELIVERY ON MAY 18. The delivery was an arrangement from Schnuck's - not even close to the peonies I ordered. After some SMS and e-mail exchanges during 5 days, I had to spend more than half an hour on the phone today, May 24, to be initially offered a compensation of 10% of my purchase, plus a $10 coupon with them. After some discussion, they agreed to reimburse the $6 early-delivery fee plus 15% of the order... then 20% of the order ("maximum compensation we can offer"). They did not fulfill our contract (some Schnuck's arrangement delivered on May 18 instead of peonies delivered on May 14 before 1 p.m.) but still kept 80% of my money!

Desired outcome: Reimbursement of 100% of my money for breach of contract, and compensation for the damage (Mother's Day waiting for a gift that arrived only four days later).
