Seriously, no-one should be made to grant ANY stars in order to write their review of this company. I have NEVER been more disappointed or pissed off with the product and customer service received from Blossom. What I purchased and what was delivered were NOTHING alike. Not even in the same stratosphere. Then, instead of correcting their error, they decide to "haggle" on what is an appropriate refund. Please, tell me how 25% is an appropriate refund on a $72 order - again, that THEY MESSED UP! I ordered a beautiful variable-colored latex balloon bouquet with a sweet card, and expedited delivery. What was produced was the gaudiest TWO mylar balloons with a stupid quote and a raggedy plush (that I did not buy) and the message was typed on copy paper then folded and attached to the monstrosity. Even funnier, is the delivery guy could quote what the message was. Pathetic! I asked for the corporate number and was denied. The CSR stated that their business number was the only telephone allowed to give the public. Take this next statement however you wish, but truth is the truth - an autistic person in the middle of a seizure and whom was color blind could have done a better job than whoever put my "order" together. And it could've been achieved by shopping at Dollar Tree and spending $4! NEVER again will I use this company! Take my advice, if it is the last company on earth - pick weeds from the yard, hand write a note and personally deliver it yourself! DO NOT USE BLOSSOM FLOWER DELIVERY! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE WORK PRACTICE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are scammers, and a pitiful unethical business and workers!
