On 8/04/25 an order was placed for delivery of flowers to a friend in NC.
After placing the order, I had questions and called 877-414-7903 to ask for help. An automated response was the only option as well as email messages. I did get a reply to my email, however, they used my friends name ... they didn't even get that right! After several emails back and forth with the computer. I was told the order could not be canceled and a $5 credit was offered rather than a refund/cancellation of the order. After reminding the representative that even in my state there is a 3-day period in which contracts can be canceled and that I would write a negative review of this company, guess what? I actually got a call telling me that a refund would be processed!
