Ordered 2 dozen roses for delivery to a hotel for my wife's and my 25th wedding anniversay. The order was placed 2 weeks ahead of the delivery date requested. One day after making the order I get and email from Blossom that they cannot fill the order "due to difficulty getting supplies" but their "partner florist can fill the order for an additional $200". Another option was to just get a "floral arrangment" for the same price. What the heck. Bait and switch? Told them to pound sand and am waiting for my refund. Do not use this Florist service.
