Wendy’s review: New staff, no drugs and drug dealers and respect and professionalism. Not to much to ask for.

Where do we start?. Food is always wrong, when you call or go back in to have it fixed your met with attitude, disrespect, and immature behavior.

Not once but three times now in less then two months I have been in this Wendy's. I get home see the food is wrong. Call and they say ok we'll replace it. Go back in to get the replacement order they act like they don't have a clue of what I'm talking about. 5 minutes after that phone call. Someone comes running up front snapping his finger and popping his lips, rolling his eyes. I said you know what never mind. Give me a refund. They would not.

Go in a week later and stand at the counter for 15 minutes no one in site.

Go in today and the girl goes running to the side to two other girls and they are pointing at me looking me up and down talking about me, while I'm at the counter ten min waiting to order. Just staring at me talking about me. So I leave, get home, and My mother calls in to ask for the store manager and one of them says I am the store manager. She was not. They are pretending to be management when they are not. She is mocking my mother on the phone and says why do you want the number I'm trying to help you did you order anything, oh no you didn't did you. And my mother who is dying of glioblastoma is just sitting there looking at. me so confused and shocked I said just hang up... So I call the customer care number sit on a hold with some awful music for 20 minutes before I finally hang up and find myself here... May I add In that there are drug dealers that sit in the Wendy's and deal out of it,"bfs of the girls working I assume" their entire shifts... I can see the Wendy's from my house and I've noticed business has definitely slowed down the past few months... I can only imagine why... They have lost my business completely. My mother ate their everyday for the last ten years. I will walk the extra blocks down and take our business else where.
