Wendy’s Order placed but didnt recieve

I placed an order today 20/03/2023 at 10 pm from leslie barns. I ordered it through doordash. Dasher got my name but when he reached wendys they received no order from me. But i was charged freaking 19 dollars because they accepted my order. The funniest part is I called the store 13 times. Two of the times call answered but was hung up without getting any response to my queries. If there was some technical issues or any delay, i would understand if they responded properly but they were rude. I have my break from 11 pm till 12 am , lost my half an hour in vain.

Desired outcome: A complete refund of my order.

Wendy’s Poor service/no accountability

March 2023-worst service ever. Is there a boss? This store constantly closes dining room because they don’t have enough workers. In the drive thru , they try to discourage you from ordering because they something isn’t working or lack of staff? Today at noon, they had no cheese or nuggets or chicken sandwiches? It’s dirty, poorly run and the workers are NOT working!

Wendy’s Deluxe bacon cheese burger meal

At the drive through today, I ordered the Deluxe Bacon cheese burger meal (small) no cheese. The price on the order board is 11.99, but the person behind the mic said 14.04. So I replied that I wanted a small, and her response to me was “the order defaults to a medium, I’m sorry small isn’t available.” I protested the fact that I didn’t want that much soda and was again to, “sorry.” When I arrived at the 1st window to pay I was not greeted as she was busy talking another order. I presented my card for about a minute until she so graciously continued talking into her mic and took my card. Finally she presented me with my card and receipt without any words. At the pickup window I voiced my opinion to a man in a blue shirt, I thought he might be a manager. I suggested that if the price one would pay is 12.99 and not the advertised 11.99 then someone should simply change the price on the order board, otherwise it’s false advertising and a bate and switch tactic. He responded that he would bring it to the manager’s attention. It’s not about a dollar, it’s the principle!

I just wrote the prior complaint, and forgot to add something that bothers me immensely when ordering, I I didn’t even get what I ordered, I got cheese. She wasn’t savvy enough to take the order correctly, only proficient at the art of deception!

Wendy’s Not able to get my check

I quit my job on Friday I told my general manager I would bring the keys in Monday and pick up my check he told me he wanted the keys on Saturday told him I would be in on Monday went in today told me he had sent my check back I would get it in the mail and I was to get off the property and not come on the property again or I would be charged there is no reason for this behavior the general manager is being childish he shows your favoritism to crew members he parties with crew members after the store closes he comes in on after his break smelling like marijuana he has singles me out for the last month on things that I don't even know how to do and he never bothered to show me I believe this is happened because he worked with my son at one time and must have had a problem with him

I order my food at 12:35 and at 12:50 the worker dropped my food on the floor then picked it back up and wrappped it up and put it on the tray and didn’t tell anyone about it and than I told the manger about and she got mad at me so I didn’t get my food and walked out without my food and most of the workers are not wearing gloves while touch food

Wendy’s Customer service and food was poorly severed...

Firstly i ordered breakfast at 6:44 am and asked for waffle fries they gave me potatoe fries i tried to get theyre attention they ignored me but i was running late for work. Now i went their for lunch and it again wasnt no better,i came on the line about 12:47 pm the order taker over look my car and served another car then as i reach the second window it was worstttt! they gave me a old sandwich with a extra meat the bread was soggy and you could tell they just put the cheese between the meat cause it wasnt melted and pickles what i requested not have was on the sandwich and the staff was not given a [censored] for [censored] .Again i was on lunch break so i was running out time so i jus threw the whole food in the road ,the manager was their but she didnt made it better they all suck their teeth and gave attitude. Smh

Desired outcome: A REFUND BECAUSE NOT ONLY DID I WASTED MY LUNCH HOUR I GOT [censored] TO EAT!!!

Wendy’s lack of menu item

Good evening.. I've been a loyal Wendy's customer since the 80s and Iove the baked potato & chili, especially. Alternatives to fried food & gluten is greatly appreciated. Baked potatoes are something wineries who's watching their cholesterol can enjoy.. Since January 1st of this year, I've been to 4 different Wendy's locations in 4 different towns for a total of 5 visits. I've been at various times of day from 1130 am through 7:00 pm. EACH & EVERY TIME I asked for a baked potato and EACH and EVERY TIME I was told they did NOT have any. I've been told that it would be anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour before they had any. Once, I wasn't even told that...just a flat out "No!" If Wendy's is not going to ever have potatoes, please take them off the menu. It is extremely frustrating:and disappointing ! Publicize the potato time frame...like advertise 5 to 7 or 12 to 2 or something or have a hot/now sign in window like Krispy Kreme.

Desired outcome: I'd either like to be able to purchase a potato when I visit, or I'd like to not see them on the menu, in which case Wendy's will have lost my regular business.

I went to store #[protected] in amite la yesterday to get my daughter and I some food. While we was there, they had like 5 people in the kitchen side making food playing on their phones without gloves and fixing food. It took forever even though there was only 1 other customer inside. Wendy’s Service

Happened on February 24 2023 a Friday, While in line with other fellow customers, the manager at the time her name was Dominique was so vulgar towards her employees for no reason at all. Another customer who told me was a regular said she is often like this and sometimes sound drunk. How terrible! She needs to be looked into if she treats workers like this!

There was a perverse employee Flirting w a young woman who did not look to be older than 16 and I could see and hear him making sexual remarks towards her and I could clearly tell she felt uncomfortable and I didn’t even want to eat let alone sit there and watch this occur I overheard someone say his name like kdee or something 0/10 experience and this was store 2139 over at easton mall

Wendy’s Wendys in Martin, TN

I stopped at this Wendys at 6:30 pm on Thursday 3-9-23. There was no one in the drive through at the time. I ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries. When I placed my order the screen listed the two burgers but not the fries. The worker gave me my total and told me to pull around, I asked if she got the fries since I did not see them on the screen. The person (appeared to be a manager) was rude with me when she told me yes that she got the fries. So I got to the window and gave her my credit card. She rang me up and gave me back my card with no receipt. After a minute or two she asked me to pull forward and they would bring me my food. I don't know why because there was no one behind me but I did. I sat for at least 10 minutes waiting for my food. By that time there were 2 other people waiting for their food. I left and went straight home (about 7 minutes away). We opened our food and it was nasty tasting. Everything was cold, the burger was dry and appeared almost burnt and the fries tasted like they had been sitting around and cooked with old oil. It was ridiculous. This location used to be great. I don't know what happened to them.

Desired outcome: I would like my $19.05 returned to me. I used my credit card.

Wendy’s Service (drive thru)

Today at Wendy's, 960 E. Liberty St., York, SC, I placed my order at 2:53 pm for Baconator, no mayo, combo med, med frosty. Told taking the order was slow due to reboot of computers. No problem. Drove forward and paid. Pulled to window (only car at window) and girl asked what I ordered and told her. She looked up at screen and gave me the drink and frosty. Sat at window, listened to 3 workers gossiping about someone, then 3-4 minutes later, girl closed window. This was now at 3:08 pm still sitting at window. Girl still looks at me, then 2 workers (girls) get on their phones and looking at something. Still now food, now it 3:12 pm. Still no one comes to check on me. I am pissed off. I drive forward, park and go inside (furious now) and ask where my order is. Girl working front cash register looks at me confused. Ask what I ordered and told them again. Another staff hands me a bag and asks if this is it (no receipt in bag). I finally made it back to my car at 3:18pm. While sitting and waiting 3-4 cars pull up behind me so they all had to wait too) So unprofessional. I work at CVS and do customer service all day. Trust me I will never go back to they York Wendy's again. By the way, the size of the med frosting is too small for the price you pay. It's now the size of a small.

Desired outcome: Better customer service and tracking of customers sitting in the drive thru. If you see a car still in the drive thru check to see what's going on.

Wendy’s Service

This location is the absolute worst. Waited in the drive thru for 7

Mins and was told to hold for a few minutes. Was told this twice, after waiting for an additional 3 mins and the line behind me

Growing, with no on checking back in, I drove around to the window to see what the issue was and place my order. The guy at the window said the card reader wasn’t working so I would have to get back in line! The line by then was extremely long. I asked why did he not just tell me this initially and he closed the window in my face.

Now, I see videos online all of the time of customers exploding inside of these fast food restaurants, and now I can see exactly why some of those events have occurred.

It is rude, unprofessional, and provoking to close a drive thru window in a customers face after they patiently waited to place their order.

I’m so sure that this will be disregarded by the company, but I chose to leave a review to warn future customers of the expectations of this restaurant.

Extremely unprofessional, no value for customers time, and although I was frustrated at that present time, I am totally glad that I didn’t order any food from this location because customer service may not only be an issue at this location.

I haven’t eaten fast food in over a year, and was passing through and decided to stop for some chili.

Never again, and thank you for reminding me why I stopped patronizing fast food restaurants.

Wendy’s Owed $47.37 from an order not received

6/05/2023 approximately 6:03pm

I ordered via the Wendy’s mobile app and ultimately paying through the app via Apple Pay. (Worth mentioning-not one time during the ordering/paying process was I notified of any items being unavailable) upon arriving, I was told that the chili, nuggets, and the fries were all items unavailable due to the location being out of those items…. Interesting to say the least (chili has been the common item to be out during previous visits… oh, and salads are practically non existent for whatever reason) between the young man who made initial contact and update on order and his shift supervisor, I had been given ZERO alternative solutions or suggestions towards resolving this! “Well, I’m going to need my $47.37 back then,” was my response and they both seemed confused. The location manager was called and she was absolutely a waste of time (past witnessing of her beyond unprofessional methods,comments, and communication tactics) at this time they told me I could call Corp. knowing they were closed, I called and placed on speaker phone… I asked “so you’re wanting me to walk out of her without my money or anything…” he said he isn’t sure of how he can help and at that time I left for my own sanity and desire to leave on a professional note vs. reacting impulsively & allow them to get angry!

Wendy’s in Wasilla, Alaska legit stole $47.37 from me and was NOT going to resolve the matter, even blamed the app stating I should just cancel the order, and my reply was “well, I could’ve probably tried that had they not updated the app to show my order was complete & fulfilled!”

This location has absolutely unprofessional, inappropriate, ignorant, and sorry excuses of representation of what management should look and behave like, because the managers treat customers like they are a bother! One ex. Is after a paying father of a little girl waiting extensively for their order, asked for the bathroom to be unlocked so his little girl could use restroom (she had held it for quite some time by then) and he had to ask 3 times before the manager(assuming is the sole key holder) finally past off the key, and when he walked away she very loudly stated to her staff “well, if he thought I was on his time, then he could’ve [censored]ing walked her across the street to the [censored]ing chevron how about that!?” Everyone to include customers like myself heard loud and clearly and I replied to the staff she was yelling that to “she really just said that about a paying customer, she should’ve waited for him to be present then vs. being passive aggressive and sad attempt to impress whoever!*shook my head in disbelief)

I will get my money back is the only option at this point!
