On Friday, 9/11/26 around 6pm, I went through the drive thru at the Wendy's in Port Republic Road in Harrisonburg, VA. I ordered a #1 Combo (a double) and the total came to $14 and some change. When I got home and randomly pulled up my bank statement, this Wendy's location charged almost $27 to my debit card. To top it all off, they got my order wrong as well as I asked for just cheese, mayo and ketchup on the burger and they only put mayo and pickles on it. What a terrible experience...having #13 extra dollars charged to my account and not getting what I ordered on top of that.

Claimed loss: $13

Desired outcome: I would like a refund for the $26.78 that I was charged. 1) I only ordered a #1 combo which is only a little over $14 and 2) I didn't get what I ordered.
