Wendy’s review: Meals not fixed as ordered

We visited the Santee,SC Wendy's and this is not the 1st time our food was wrong. They dont give receipts and dont even say thank you. Visited again today 5/29/23 at around 1:45 and ordered thru drive thru. We ordered 2 wendys dave dbl meals--1 was suppose to be no mayo and no ketchup and the other was suppose to be no onions no let. Both wrong. Tried to call back and phone rang 1 time and said mailbox was full. The people need to pay more attention to food accuracy. I cant eat ketchup and my husband cant eat lettuce. We dont live around the corner from this store so just running back over is not an option.

It would be nice to get our meals as we order them. This store employees need training in service and order prep.

I have never gotten my food wrong at the store in Orangeburg, SC on 601.

Desired outcome: I would like to get my meals the way I ordered them and/or at least a complete refund of 22.21 mailed to me at 931 Pineland St. Vance SC 29163
