Dear Wendy's Team,

 I would like to raise a formal complaint following your company's grievance procedure regarding my recent order and experience at Wendy's Sheffield 26-28 High Street, S1 2GA on 12th of March 2023 at 6.40pm
I ordered multiple items for my family from your menu (see receipt attached below) but unfortunately I could not receive it as one whole order at once at your store.
My family items - Double Chz Combo, Baconator Fries, LG Chocolate Frosty, Beef Chilli Cheese Fries, SM Drink, Jnr Cheeseburger - were all ready but my item Sr Crm Chive Potato was NOT ready..
So I was asked if it's ok to wait for 4-5 minutes for it.. which I was not ok because I wanted to eat together with my wife and daughter, pretty simple.
Straight away cashier called the Manager who asked me "What's the problem?"
I kindly explained the situation and my wish for my order to be all together as one.. She replied: "What's the big deal if it will be separate?"
She took all my items and put on the counter while my jacket potato was being prepared. I waited. After I took my whole order to my table.
My wife and daughter says: "Beef chilli fries and Baconator fries are cold!"
I went back to the staff to get it hot but all they did is - sprinkled it with more cheese and reheated which made them incredibly soggy, mushy and heavy.

I returned to my table and now my jacket potato went cold.. It's just not OK!
The whole experience was a bit of embarrassment for me in front of everyone as I was intimidated by your front of house who failed to understand such a simple request.
I then politely asked the Manager her name as she was NOT wearing a name badge.. She replied: "You don't have to know my name!" Absolutely shocking.
It's very upsetting and sad that such poor customer service and horrible attitude comes included with the food at Wendys, 
It's the staff, particularly the lady Manager on duty who left bad first impressions, her unacceptable behaviour requires in-depth investigation and further training.
