The Wendy’s in Louisburg NC is stunningly filthy starting from the from door, lobby, hall and bathroom was disgusting.
The crew was friendly and helpful. A stark contrast to the filth that should be brought to the franchise owners (I’m not sure how to do that but will keep looking).
I would want to know if it were my franchise.
It might explain a drop in customers.

Desired outcome: I would like to see it cleaned up and for pride in ownership before my family and friends go back.And we would love to go back!
