Wendy’s review: Drive thru problems

I am Doordasher and I deliver for the Wendy's in Manchester NH. When I go to pick-up orders at the Wendy's on Second St, Manchester NH, they always make me go park and wait for my food. Today (Sunday June 11, 2023), I was there at 6:45am. I went thru the drive up and immediately was told to go park and wait. I was the only customer at that time of morning on a Sunday. I told the guy in the window that I would wait at the window. He said no so I asked him why. He said because they are on a timer. While I was parked, it occurred to me that that store was cheating the timer on the drive-thru to look better. When he came out, I asked him if he was the manager. He said yes, so I told him I was going to contact you to tell you he's cheating the time. He got belligerent, pulled his name tag forward, told me go ahead and tell you, and that his name was John. I am upset about this because I am working when I go there and park and wait for someone to come out, it takes extra time and I lose out on money. One time I was parked for 15 minutes while they waited on people that came after me. All-in-all it is not a great time when I reluctantly take orders from that store.

I also deliver for the store on South Willow St in Manchester NH and I never have any problems getting my orders.

Desired outcome: I would like for them to wait on me at the window if there are no other customers, and no reason to park me. Then you will be able to tell how long it really takes them to complete a drive-thru order.
