To whom it may concern,
I had visited one of your restaurants on 5/27/2023. I was not impressed at all with the cleanliness of the restaurant. The area where the cooks are was filthy and dirty with fries crushed over the floors. After ordering my food the big stack medium size, I went to get my soda and the machine itself needed wiped down and the taste of my Diet Coke was awful. Also, there were no lids to secure my drink from spilling. The restaurant was not busy, and someone could have easily restocked the lids cleaned the machine as well as cleaned the area were the workers were.
I hate seeing the reputation of a good restaurant go bad because of its lack of being clean. I was an out of towner visiting the city of Steubenville, Ohio and decided to stop by your restaurant to have a late lunch.
Desired outcome: It appears the management doesn't care about the look of the restaurant and has a lack of interest in making sure the your brand is loved by all.
