Wendy’s - Incorrect order

Almost 100% of my orders placed with the Wendy’s at 9301 Knight’s Dr in Punta GordaFL 33950 comes messed up.

At times I’m able to pull to the side after receiving the order through the drive thru and catch it (which I then have to drive back around and wait in line in the drive thru to correct it), but sometimes I don’t have the time to do so and I don’t catch it until I get home. Regardless, I’m not exaggerating when I say that my order is messed up nearly EVERY time.

I’ve complained to whatever manager is on shift multiple times, but it persists. Every time I attempt to send a complaint online, they conveniently have issues with their system and I’m unable to do so. I even stopped going there for a year once, but I love their food and unfortunately Wendy’s is the only chain that doesn’t mess my stomach up.

This time I placed a mobile order and was charged nearly $20 for a customized meal (2 chicken sandwiches with bacon and ranch, and a customized bourbon bacon cheese burger), and they couldn’t even get that right! My cheese burger was just that, a cheese burger with no bacon or condiments, and both chicken sandwiches were missing the bacon as well. However, I was never told that there wasn’t any bacon (if that was the issue), and I was still charged for the exact order I placed. I wasn’t even aware that they didn’t even give me a receipt.: (

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response that something will be done to correct it, and considering all the money I’ve lost over the years, I would appreciate a $50 voucher.
