Wendy’s

We live in Grabill, Indiana and the closest Wendy's is on Maysville Rd, in Ft Wayne, store #[protected]. We order the same items each time we stop there, and every time part of the order is always wrong. I always get the chicken nuggets and my husband always orders two singles with tomato and mayo ONLY and when we get home, they have put cheese on them. We always call and complain and usually get compensated in some way.

This time I decided to contact the main office as I'm tired of calling because it seems like it is useless to do so as it just keeps happening. This time was the same as other times before except that when we got home everything was cold.

Since we live only ten minutes from the store, the food should have still been hot enough to eat without having to warm it up first, if it was hot to begin with.
