Wendy’s

I am a shift is that has just quit last night after numerous complaints regarding some crew members at night has never went addressed. I was threatened by crew and when told my boss the response was I will talk with them. The crew smokes weed inside the store on the pre table in the back during hrs and sees the shift manager do it as well the gm smokes cigarettes in the bathroom of the store and leaves as soon as someone comes in and says to give the dm an excuse if he comes him the employees come In whenever they want and leave regardless of what the other manager say. Some are verbally disrespectful to customers. I have worked in the restaurant filled for years and never came across such things one of the managers would take money from the safe and the gm told me his self that the manager said he accidentally mixed the safe money with his re-up money. I had a person come in at me last night after I tried to lock the door the gm never comes in at night because he is to drunk and never answers his phone I will be trying to get hold of corporate to do a verbal complaint. Also my insurance I was paying for could never use because my name was in correct I’ve tried to reach out to the dm and was told to talk to your gm nothing was resolved it was over looked. The only response I get is I ain’t tripping from the gm
