Wendy’s - I’m creating a report about a Strawberry frosty that had shards of glass pieces in it

I walked to Wendy’s on 8302 Pendleton Pike, Lawrence IN and was unable to enter due to only drive up orders. So an employee came out and asked what I wanted and brought me 2 frostys. I take them and place them in my freezer until today and once I started eating one I crunched down on a piece of glass the chopped my tooth which I have the cup and pictures to show. I’m going to the hospital to make sure it is no more glass in my stomach because I’m having sharp pains

Desired outcome: I don’t know if it was intentional or accidental but if there is glass in my stomach my lawyer will be contacting you first. My name is Anthony J. Minney Jr my number is [protected] thank you and respond immediately
