Wendy’s review: $5 biggie bag double stack meal

First thing there is ten big potholes just when you get into the parking lot entrance to a connecting parking lot. Pothole's you can get your whole tire in the holes. On July 1< 2023 at 6:56 PM arrived at Wendys that had a open sign on but no employee cars in the parking lot without lights from the dining room weren't on even towards the back cooking area. Went up to the drive thru surprised they were opened not closed at all. Given my order for a double stack biggie bag. One block from the store where I live. When got home it was a big disappointment? I took out the food immediately out of the bag and taken photos of the meal deal. The fries' box was filled only half why with ice cold fries. Then the 4-piece nuggets were very cold tough to bitten into them plus over dried out. The hamburger patty itself was old the edges were crispy and dried up along with the meat was cold. the soda wasn't filled up to the rim of the cup instead it was under an inch from the rim of the cup. The meal itself was horrible that it ended up going into the trash can where it belongs. l had to waste over five dollars that I was unable to eat. Plus, I never was handed a receipt for the meal that went into the trash can or even handed me my receipt. I couldn't go back to the store to talk to a manager with the policy to have a receipt on me for proof of over the $5 that I had spent at the drive thru. I had put the payment on my credit card.

Desired outcome: I would like a FULL REFUND BACK IN 7 BUSINESS DAYS TO, I DON'T WANT COUPANS. I am no longer going back to any Wendys in the future!!!! Contact [protected]@gmail.com
