terrible! I repeat terrible wrap!!!
How you served this. I can't even imagine! I'm discussed! The wrap is rubber! And to make it worse the top is black! The chicken at the top is hard as a rock and after the day I had I just wanted to enjoy my food! If this is not resolved I'll post a picture of this wrap and put it on social media this is not exepable ! Are you training your new workers? I'm actully discussed
the lack of acknowledgement.
I was waiting in line to get my tea. There were two people behind the counter. I waited 9 minutes at the front of the line to be served. Then when I did get to the till. The person said. I am not taking orders the other guy is. This was at approximately 435 pm on Thursday January 2, 2020. The fact that I waited that long is not acceptable. The lineup was all the way to the A&W

Our Grsnddaughter has taken a liking to the mini chicken wrap kids meal Our town has 2 locations for Tim Hortons which I believe is run by same person. We had our first chicken wrap kids meal in Nov some time. Since then we have attempted to.order it at least 4 different times. Each time, there has been such a mix up. Examples.1) ordered wrap and got...

The staff at this location are excellent. I work in the building and have been going here for years. The thing is, for several months the coffee has been extremely weak and watery. I have to get an espresso shot in it so it actually tastes like coffee. Can someone please ask them to fix this? It's literally the worst coffee I've ever had. I'd like to keep...

This is regarding my visit on jan 2, 2020 around 2 am. We went to place an order in the cafe. Two people were working ( jasmine & Ishaan). Jasmine was on front counter taking our order and Ishaan was on baking side. The girl jasmine treated us very badly. I could never ever thought of the way she went through. She abused us badly and told us to leave thi...

On Dec. 31st.2019 at approx. 1950hrs. I went to the Tims franchise located in the Oshawa Lakeridge Health Hospital food court. I ordered a couple of items including a large cafemoka . When the cafémoka was given to me the push top lids opening had already been pushed and the cafemoka spilt on my leg and crotch. Be advised that I am currently in the hospital...

Asked for a double cream and 1 sugar, received triple triple, returned it, asked for a double single, then got triple single... And the girl had the worst attitude... Slammed it down... Not only did they screw up mine, but another couple asked for a sandwich on white bread, and they put it on brown bread, another one behind us had to come back in as they screwed up his order also, with no doughnuts at 7ish...
steeped tea
On many occasions and at many different locations and randomly it seems like all of them
When you get the tea it is cold
Like they don't keep it heated
We get two to three teas a day and at least one will be cold
I have talked to individual stores and it seams that it is still happening
So in a year we buy probably 800 teas and 250 are cold
Can you please figure out how to serve hot tea pls
Thanks Edwin George
my wife and I went into a tim hortons in calgary this morning, and attached is one of the signs posted on the wall
I understand that loitering in a place when busy is not being very respectful to others that are trying to sit down and eat, but this sign is very ignorant and disrespectful for those that buy something and want to sit down and enjoy there food or coffee and not use the drive through, not being timed...
The verbage could be changed to get the message across to customers in a nice way by saying something like, if it is busy, enjoy your food and coffee etc but if you could be mindful of those that would like to have a seat, that would be much appreciated.
jalapeño farmer’s breakfast wrap
Hi, we had a bad experience at this location Earlier today! I have never written a bad review before but I felt like this warranted a review. It took 15 minutes in the drive through to get to the window and another 5 minutes for us to get 3 items. They didn't let me know that they were out of hash browns and charged full price for the wrap that was missing...

In December 2019 I went to this Tim Horton Drive thru, I usually have avoided this one because of the way they completely rush to give you your products and change. This morning I ordered a coffee and as usual they were handing out the window at the same time giving me change, when I took the coffee the lid was not on tight and spilt all over me and my car...

On more than one occasion it seems the youth staff on weekends do not care about their service. Food always lacks. Especially with the wraps. No customer wants a breakfast wrap that starts with almost 3 inches of just wrap, no food. Spred it out thru the wrap. It is not difficult. And stop having 6 people in drive thru and 1 person at the till! Staff really...

So it's been always that the manager and the staff have been rude to us. Me and my friend went there and bought a chicken burger and wanted toasted and they got angry when they serve us when we said it is not toasted and said that "we don't toast" didn't even say sorry just handed it to us. Our orders for coffee was not even full and just half and just...

When my mother and I pulled up to order we we're sitting for a good 5 mins listening to the cashier talking to her co workers and not asking for a our order. She held up the whole line and there was a good 10 people behind us. Screaming for the line to move. Extremely disappointing. It's should be faster through the take out then to go inside! Once we...

I sat in line at Tim Hortons on Airport Hwy in Toledo, Ohio today 12/27/2019 around 6:30am I sat there over 20 min in line. I wanted to order a 1/2 dozen of donuts and a bagel. The manager told me that they had no donuts their baker never showed. So, I ordered my toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. There was barely any cream cheese on it. The...
Read full review of Tim Hortonsiced capp
I'm writing this again because I don't believe my other one posted! My ice capp tasted like flat pop which is unacceptable. I was appalled so much I had my sister taste it and even she said it tasted like nasty flat pepsi. She ended up getting sick off of it and I had to throw the whole thing away. I should have gotten taken care of just like everyone else, she rushed to do her job when there were only 2 people in line for her side, she shouldn't have rushed with attitude. And I payed about 4.11 for a flat pop with ice. Absolutely disgusting
lids
Since they have been introduced, the new lids have a hard time creating a seal to the rim of the cups. The lids pop off suddenly if they were not pushed down properly from the store. The old lids, if not propely pushed down in place, would simply slowly pry up giving you a chance to rectify the problem, but not pop up like a projectile.
Second time driving my new Ram pickup today when a 1/2 a cup of coffee filled my center consol, my pants and sweater.
1/2 hour to clean.
Put me down as a customer that passionately dislikes the new lids.

I go to this Tim Hortons a lot of the time and every time I go i see the workers wearing gloves what's the reason for that they tell me their hands are cold it's not that's it's cold it's because they don't want to catch a virus of some sort they touch everything what I mean by everything the register rags to clean and whatever else in there and then they...

I was standing at the third in the line and four people were working but still it took 15 bloody minutes to finally give my order and till then my wedges were useless. Finally when my turn cane he gave me the names of dipping sauces I asked for spicy mayo he said we dont have it then I asked what do you have he gave me the names and I picked ranch he came back saying sorry we don't have that sauce which was frustrating four people working but not a single guy could manage . And when I complaint why they were taking long that idiot told me that I can complain later because they have huge line and he was rude. Rather than trying to get my dipping sauce he was talkingg to me saying please complain later ! I mean come on just give me my dipping sauce even I dont have any interest in talking to you. So you need to consider this very seriously.
