I worked for 6 months only as a baker full time in early morning shifts and my store owner refuse to provide me job letter and later now she sent me ROE with job occupation of 'Team Member'. She gave me earlier job letter for health purposes only with occupation of 'Baker'. Now i left the job and she is not picking my calls neither replying my texts. What are the steps which i can take now. Please let me know, thanks

Tim Hortons medium iced coffee and mozzarella bagel with lettuce and tomato and cream cheese

I ordered my morning breakfast at a downtown toronto location and my bagel did not come double toasted as I asked, the lettuce was completely brown! I could not eat the bagel, it was thrown out immediately! Secondly, my ice coffee was made with milk when I asked for no milk, I am lactose. This meal almost came to $10 and I was very upset with how I was served at my local tim hortons

I went to this location and the inside was closed again. Just the drive thru open. Not enough employees working. It isn't right at all. I'm a long time customer. It is aggravating at this Melvindale, Michigan location.115 pm 1-07-2020 Tuesday. Please hire people that want to be here at this location. It's not fair to the community and to the store owner when closed due to staff shortage.

Tim Hortons Issues

1. What the heck is the deal with not allowing your coupons to be used at a drive-through?

2. When the heck are you going to change your timcard magnetic strip for a bar code?
The magnetic strip never works! The light guns always work on the barcode! When? Huh?

3. I swear if one more of your restaurants tries to up-sell me (trying to friggin add wedges or a whatever to my order) i'm going to hire the best lawyer in canada and take you to court! Up-selling is a friggin disgusting greedy greedy greedy greedy greedy greedy felony crime! And don't you ever forget it!

4. It was "about time" that you fixed your cup lids... The only good thing that I can say about your corporate management!

5. You must be so friggin proud about following mcdonald's putrid disgusting drive-thru example of adding a second intercom in a separate lane so that orders are continuously "every minute of every day" getting mixed up because now there is no direct continum between your order taker and a line of cars! You could have just added another intercom in the same single car lane but you're not that smart are you?

Tim Hortons frosted cinnamon roll

This morning I went through the drive to get a coffee and a cinnamon roll as I do most days. I was unpleasantly surprise to open the box and find a very disappointing looking cinnamon roll. The icing was blobed on the very hard to unroll cinnamon roll. If I knew I was going to get this cinnamon roll, I would have made my own at home. I visit my Tim Hortons 3-4 times a day to get a coffee, and it seems that the quality is going downhill. (Would love to see the old lids back at Tim's)

I had filed a complaint against this store in May of 2019 and still have not had anything come of it. This company has proven that their customers mean nothing to them and they can do what they want whenever they want with no consequences. Absolutely pathetic. Tim Hortons rewards card

I have an award card app on the phone amd its been 5 days now that it is asking me to login and when I do it's not providing me a verification code. I also have 30 dollars inputted in the account and dont think it's fair to lose that money due to an error in the system. I use to think the workers weren't taught enough about the products. Until I myself worked at Tim Hortons. Now when I visit this location and they charge me for an ice Cap supreme and give me a regular ice cap I know it's the workers being dumb and I've officially lost patience with it .
