I ordered my morning breakfast at a downtown toronto location and my bagel did not come double toasted as I asked, the lettuce was completely brown! I could not eat the bagel, it was thrown out immediately! Secondly, my ice coffee was made with milk when I asked for no milk, I am lactose. I went to this location and the inside was closed again. Just the drive thru open. Not enough employees working. It isn't right at all. I'm a long time customer. This morning I went through the drive to get a coffee and a cinnamon roll as I do most days. I was unpleasantly surprise to open the box and find a very disappointing looking cinnamon roll.
