Tim Hortons review: Fake decaf coffee

I was repeatedly given Expresso with Water in it instead of the Decaf that I asked for, instead of telling me that they do not have Decaf. Expresso has ten times or more Caffeine than regular coffee and I cannot drink regular coffee. My blood pressure went up sky high at a staggering 198/81, causing me to have to get pills prescription.
On top if that, it tasted like pure water and no coffee taste whatsoever. The cup just above half and charged me $1.83 plus taxes.
