Tim Hortons review: order/ customer service

This is regarding my visit on jan 2, 2020 around 2 am. We went to place an order in the cafe. Two people were working ( jasmine & Ishaan). Jasmine was on front counter taking our order and Ishaan was on baking side.

The girl jasmine treated us very badly. I could never ever thought of the way she went through. She abused us badly and told us to leave this store and never come again - actual words( "I don't want to see your faces again on this store" )

The incident took this way:
We came to store and asked for 3 coffees and 3 bagels and one rasin biscuit. The girl didn't listened to our full order and moved to the drive thru without informing us.
By this time she just punched half order and prepared just one bagels. We were waiting for 15 minutes and then we asked her could you please look into our order and give us the prepared order so that we can eat it before it gets cold and she shouted at us and told for tim horten drive thru is priority and we have to wait.
By this time now our coffee is on the side getting cold and one bagel and she forgot the rest of the order. When we asked why she is doing this she told us to be patient as the person on drive thru has already paid for our order so I am giving them priority and we should be very thankful to them. We don't even know when this happened and third person paid for our order and these priorities changed. She shouted again and called the baking person to deal with us and when we asked for the complete order she said we never told her that.
This is the worst experience We ever had on canada tim hortons

She threatened us to wait or she will call the cops. She was talking to the drive thru person and talked like a racist and said these exact words "I don't even know from which country they are".

I never thought tim horten treats people based on color and person on front counter is of less priority and deserves late and cold food when somebody else pays for our order without our knowledge.

We payed 15$ for our order roughly because she refused to take money or punch order. We left the place quietly without saying anything else.
