I am a Georgian college student, went to the Tim Hortons on campus in barrie to order my normal everyday iced coffee with less ice. The girl who was working there put so much ice just to finish the order quickly and did not follow what I ordered, and yet she is rude and doesn't know anything about customer service , the supervisor handed me the coffee and I said I asked for less ice, so he asked her to make it. She went and emptied the cup to line number 2 and smashed it on the counter top and said "here is your LESS ICE" I was wondering with everybody looking, if she is done or if she is asking is that how much ice you want? so I asked her is it done? she replies yes. and I told I paid $3 to get a shot of iced coffee? is that how your supposed to serve customers? She then replies with "according to timhortons, that is how much I can give you with your less ice!" yelling and being rude to me infront of my college friends. She walks away and doesn't care at all about my order.

Sounds to me like you had it coming. You asked for less ice, hoping that they would add more of the coffee. Does not work that way. Also, your English is so terrible that I doubt you are a college student. Words like Barrie and Tim Horton's are proper nouns and should start with capital letters. You have run-on sentences. You should start all sentences with a capital letter, and you need to learn the difference between "your" and "you're"
The mistakes you made are basic English taught in the first grade, and if you have not even passed grade one English, you are no college student. STOP LYING. She probably messed up your instructions due to your poor English.
