Tim Hortons review: Not happy with my last visit 325

This is the closest Tims close to me and i always try my beat to avoid coming but in some situations i am forced to.

Every single time no matter what day or time the customer service reps takes for ever, they walk slow, they talk slow, line ups etc….

I have had this product in the past and was generally happy with the quality. When I opened and warmed this it had an odour of chemical. It tasted like the smell of a perm. Not impaired, my taste buds are in great shape.

This location needs a good cleaning. The floors have not been washed in years. The bathroom has been out of service since Covid. The glass doors are filthy. They are always under staffed. The line ups are huge.

The homeless sit on the benches with their pants around their knees with bare skin on the bench.

My wife and I went to the drive threw like always the person that served up was so nice and pleasant she always is not sure how to spell her name properly ALTAYA she make us feel like we matter address 13604 137 ave nw Edmonton

Hi there, the new commercial is worded wrong. It portrays that the new Baileys coffee is non alcoholic, therefor it is not available to alcoholics. It should be worded as an alcohol free Baileys coffee. This is the idea that I had when I first saw the wording. Just picture it. Had to share my thoughts. Thanks. Mrs. Joan Murphy

I received three coffee gifts from a friend and none of them can be processed at any store?

I write a note to order, they aren’t read well English. Mistake order and repeat another order. They are all from foreign, know better to learn education read English! Shameful. 4th time frustrating thanks lots.

the lady at the drive thru was sick and coughed all over my order and I could hear it over the speaker and I'm sick right now. It was yesterday morning at the lake st and lakshore location. Ill deffinetly never go there again. I could hear her cough over the drive thru speaker

The two locations on McGill metro station. They don’t want to give out the coffee holders cause I’m gonna burn my hand. They never have it they’re cheap.

Ordered two wraps and they didn’t put much inside. It was a terrible presentation- very flat in appearance. Compared to all other Bangor locations it wasn’t even comparable as they give a good portion and if company standards are what the Bangor locations conform, I would expect this location to do the same. Wont eat there again.

I have order a classic wrap with no bacon in it but they serve me with bacon . As per my religion I don’t eat bacon. It’s hurt my emotions. Wrong order which I am not comfortable to eat.

hi i am very upset as i went to pay for my tims order i had over 300 points and when i went to use them they were gone! i don't understand why they were abolished as these are clearly from my purchases at tims

i got charged 2 times for coffee and donut should have gotten a free coffee on my rewards card

I visit your location everyday - I do love the coffee and the customer service. my complaint is I have to ask for napkins and a sleeve to go on my always hot coffee. This complaint is not for any specific location but all that I have visited, even in Ontario Canada

Today June 18th 2023 doors locked at 1:05pm and parking full and inside lots of people.

Also mobile orders not working for 2 days now since power was shut off not far from here. They never lost power and still closed at 6pm like neighbor businesses who they actually had no power for 3 hours.

I ordered coffees and extra cups. She said I didn't order them I told her I did she started arguing I told her I didn't mind paying extra again arguing no need. Of this very unprofessional

The egg product is disgusting, tasteless, rubbery and runny at the same time. Ever since the States bought Tim Horton's, those breakfast foods have never been the same.

PLEASE bring back the omelette style egg

Won’t serve food at 5PM, drink is ALWAYS WRONG and the food sucks when they have it.

I love this campaign and the price is irrelevant as long as it goes to charity. My complaint is on May 6th I bought a dozen smiley cookies. they came square and smaller then their regular chocolate chip cookie = why? I feel like I was shorted. Store was at Glasgow and Belmont

have been trying for 8mths to get a refund from Walmart to be told they do not refund from tim hortons really frustrated also with your type of customer service that requests money to be served

just purchased coffee at the Tim Hortons Esso gas station at Lawrence Ave E and Railside Dr. in Toronto, North York, It was like colored water.

My husband went today, Wednesday May 3rd, to 5 Livingston, Grimsby & order 1 small dark roast coffee & 1 medium dark roast coffee. He was told they only had enough for the small & could make the medium the regular roast. He told them to cancel the order then he went to the location at Casablanca. If we want dark roast then we want dark roast.

Around 1pm

the wrap that i got from the store turned out to be bad and made my stomach upset. I had a bad stomach ache and had to miss work the next day. Kindly look in to it so that other people do not have to go through this too.

Chili was very oversalted, watered down, only 1 or 2 beans, 2 small slices of mushrooms, hamburger barely visible like granulated, no chunks.

Chicken Wrap was 2/3 full, little lettuce or chicken.

The Blind River Ontario store does not provide lattes. Every time I order one I’m told the machine is broke. Is there no way to get this fixed? Very annoying when the advertisements promote latte products but not available for sale.

my mobile orders have gone to different locations about ten different times. I can’t go to the locations because they are not where I am. how am i supposed to get my money back? once i was credited 600 points which doesn’t even cover my whole order.

It’s not a complaint, just must bring to your attention how our clothes smell of grease and cooking, every time we go to the chester, greyhound centre branch. It’s overwhelming. You need to fix the filters or extraction fans you have. Thanks

I am 81 years old .I belong to a seniors club here in saint john at a legion.We have 218 members .We had a talk about roll up the rim and only 53 had cell phones any way we have decided to boycot tims because we feel were being tossed aside by teck crazy companies.Im sure Mc donalds will like our buisness thank you.

Product and service . Horrible from start to finish but I blame the company for being understaffed at a airport. 3rd world service in Canada or is that what Tim hormone is trying to achieve so shareholder gets money money :
