Tim Hortons review: ordering kids meal

Our Grsnddaughter has taken a liking to the mini chicken wrap kids meal
Our town has 2 locations for Tim Hortons which I believe is run by same person. We had our first chicken wrap kids meal in Nov some time. Since then we have attempted to.order it at least 4 different times. Each time, there has been such a mix up. Examples.1) ordered wrap and got chicken strips.
2) order kids meal chicken wrap with potatoes wedges, but got regular chicken wrap and potatoes wedges charged separate and not kids meal.
3) orders kids meal chicken wrap with wedges and got wrap with apple slices.
4) today...ordered usual chicken wrap kids meal with potatoes wedges, the worker did not seem to know about kids meal and was going to order regular chicken wrap. Finally she asked and found on register the kids meal. So this order was correct after a while.
It is very frustrating to get home and order not correct. Yes, , we should have checked order before leaving but my issue is...the staff do not seem to be trained or aware enough about the kids meals and what it can come with.
Hard to explain to a little one who is disappointed.
I am bringing this to your attention to possibly get this corrected. We cant be the only one ordering these kids meals.
