The food I ordered through Grubhub (Order #[protected]-4814928) came mishandled and gave me food poisoning. The person who prepared the order needs to be fired. There is no reason for this to happen. The restaurant should be ashamed if that was possible but they obviously aren't since they think this type of service is acceptable. A full health inspection is necessary. If you don't prompt one, I will.

Taco Bell taco salad

Good afternoon:
I try not to complain regarding things when I have an issue, however, today I ordered a taco salad as I do often. This chicken taco salad had a shell with it that had a strong, possibly a chemical odor on it. I had bitten into it before I realized it as I was trying to drive and eat. The taste was absolutely horrible! Then when I smelled it, I knew something was bad wrong. I had to try to pick around and eat the salad without getting part of the shell. I am pure sick to my stomach now due to eating it. I tried to call the Lumberton Taco bell and let them know to discard, however the phone went to a service telling me they were busy and had no voicemail.

I purchased the #6 chalupa combo. All beef with hard shell taco. The chalup shells were so stale they were extremly hard to eat, they crumbles and was just gross. The chalupa filling/toppings were fresh and good but the shell was so bad i had to eat the inside with a spork. The crunchy taco shell was softer than the chalupa shell. Very disturbing for a taco plae to give out more than stale chalupa shells.
