Breakfast
Once again stuff was made wrong. This location is still out of mountain dew baja blast and that is a taco bell exclusive. They do not have the strawberry lemonade yet, the passion fruit tea, or the mountain dew kick start. The Toasted Grande breakfast burrito that I got this morning all it had on it was eggs, steak, cheese, and potato. Those I'm pretty sure are supposed to have pico de gio on it and it did not. I've already called yesterday about them getting things wrong and am supposed to be sent coupons but that isn't the solution to everything. People need to be properly trained also. People will quit coming if it isn't fixed. Please get this fixed because like i have said before I do want this store to prosper. But it wont if things aren't fixed.

Refused to take my order
My son and I just sit in the line for 6-10 min per car, then when the guy said “welcome to Taco Bell how are you”, I said I’d be better if I was sitting at home, the manager she called herself came on the speaker and said “leave my drive through now, I said why, she said I was being disrespectful, I said no take my order then I’ll leave she proceeded to say “I don’t disrespect her in her drive thru…and she would call the police, I told her to call them and sit for a cpl min, felt bad for blocking the people behind me so I pulled to the window flipped her off and said “[censored] You [censored]” and drove home and cooked some food ? so if you all don’t do something about this you will loose lots of money I’ll do my best to steer everyone I can away from there, the lady behind me hears it all and was calling inside at the time.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and she definitely shouldn’t be a manager Mabey a cook
Someone hacked my taco bell app
I just get notified that I had a Taco Bell order in Florida (I live in NC). It was obviously fraud. I called the store in florida and told them it was fraud and to not make the order.
They said that they would, but they could not refund my money because it was a mobile order. I find that crazy.
I called customer service and the poor girl was clueless. She said that I would have to dispute the charge with the bank.
How can I remove my credit card number from the app? I find it offensive that it's not possible. Why can't I delete my taco bell account? This is a time sensitive matter and I would appreciate some help.

Chemical tasting crunchy taco shell and given no receipt or the diablo sauce that I asked for.
The crunchy tacos that I ordered smelled awful when I took them out of the bag. I took a bite and it tasted like chemicals. I had to throw all of them away. Money in the garbage and no dinner for me and my kids. Of course the guy didn't give me my receipt, so I can't go back and ask for a refund. Also asked for diablo and fire sauce and received none. Also had a mobil pick up order for my daughter in which she ordered something that came with a free whipped mango smoothie and they were out of the whipped, so instead of asking me if she wanted a mango freeze instead, they just walked her food out to the car and didn't even mention her drink. I told them 3 times that she ordered a drink before they finally said they were out of whipped. I asked them, so you just leave the drink missing and we're you even going to ask if she wanted a replacement? Bad food/bad employees and prices went way up. No thank you!
Desired outcome: My money back would be nice, but can't get that since they didn't give me my receipts.
App Purchases and Customer Service
There is no way to communicate with Taco Bell when there is an issue. I have place 5 or 6 App orders in the past few months. Only 1 of those orders was fulfilled accurately. One of those orders there was nearly $10 of product left out of my order. I don't have time to go back to the stores that is why I pre-order and expect accuracy. The only way I allowed to provide information besides going back or calling a restaurant which would lead to a return trip is to leave feedback. I have done that twice and both times I requested someone contact me and no one ever has called or emailed me about the inaccurate orders. First thing you need to do is to have an order resolution on your app. Every other food or shopping app I use, there is a way to contact them for order errors. A credit would be nice. The way my food was made
Yes on August 20th 2022 about 9:30 p.m. I ordered from the Nevada Missouri Taco Bell my order consisted of 4 chicken melts no Chipotle at jalapeno let's just say I had one piece of chicken maybe six strips of cheese is melted and not even a half a squeeze of jalapeno sauce. Well I used to work at Taco Bell in Carthage Missouri so I know what's supposed to be on it and how it's supposed to look I'm going to add a picture of what my chicken melts look like and I'm going to let you figure out what's wrong with it cuz as soon as you see it you're going to know what's wrong with it. So please somebody the general manager something get to Nevada Missouri and get that store up right just for some more information when you're looking at the Taco Bell employees crunching and walking all over food on the floor that is from lunch and it's 9:30 at night that's a tad bit disgusting

Missing parts of my order.
I was at 2030 Grand River Avenue Okemos, Michigan and they 1)had all orders shoved into 1 bag; there were 4 seperate orders,3 supposed to be the cravings box. 2)they did not give me ANY of my large drinks that went with the orders. Told me I have to call coporate for a refund or i could come back and get the drinks. Just want refund!
Desired outcome: I want a refund. Don't have time to go back.
Food
I just got nachos bell grande, burrito supreme and a taco for lunch. The nachos had no meat on them nor did the burrito. The taco had one cheese shred on it, no tomato and was soggy. The entire meal was a disappointment and not what I paid for. I believe the burrito supreme should have had cheese, meat, sour cream, onions and tomato on it. It did not. I am certain tacos come with cheese and tomato neither of which were on it, lettuce only. The nachos had no meat and it seems that product comes with meat.

Was told to come up to the store the next day with my name and they would give me the one taco the cinnamon bun and the small drink that they messed I came up here and they laughed at me and told me to get the hell out of the store you can reach me at [protected] thank you I wanted you record it and they said it was against the law to record and then we’re gonna call the cops

Unauthorized Credit Card Charge
On 8/5/22 I did an online order through Taco Bell's Website. My order was $9.33, when I went through the Drive thru I told the girl that my account is showing there is a deduction of 3 orders at $9.33. The employee said that within 24-48 Hours the other 2 charges will drop off my account. Well, here we are 6 days later & the 2 other charges for $9.33 are still being deducted from my account. I called & talked to Mike the District Manager at the Taco Bell in House Springs, MO & he was very rude & hung up on me! All I am asking for is a refund of $18.66. Please Help me, Thanks.

The first complaint is that I was in a hurry and ordered several things including a chicken quasisadea .I got my order(or so I thought).We left and on our way to dollar tree we found out my grandaughters Quesada wasn't in the bag so I let my oldest grandaughter out at dollar tree and went back to Taco Bell to straighten it out.I told them to he Quesada wasn't in my bag and I looked up at the menu and told them the stuff I ordered for myself wasn't right either.A girl from the back says there ain't no way.Basically accusing me of lying.The manager finally checked on it and found out that they had sent my order out as a door dash order. So I wasn't lying.I was on my way home to meet my grandsons preschool bus.I was late but my neighbors go him for me.Now same Taco Bell. My daughter went by and got Taco Bell Grande.The didn't tell her they were out of Nacho cheese untIl they handed them to her.She asked for a refund

Desired outcome: I guess a gift card for the messes they made and build a Taco Bell in Edmonton Kentucky. They built a new truck stop. That would be a great location!
In Store - No air conditioning
No air conditioning. It has been like that for a while. Cannot sit inside to eat because it is like an oven. I cannot believe you have minors in here working in this type of heat for hours on end! Should someone contact OSHA about this and you have food trying to stay cold like sour cream etc... that is nasty! I guess Taco Bell does not care about their employees.

After spending a few hours at the hospital, I didn't feel like cooking. I went to the drive thru at Taco Bell because I dearly love the Mexican pizza. There was a sign on the menu board - Sorry no fried foods available and another sign on the Mexican pizza - sorry,sold out. Okay, I get it, I will order tacos. When the person asks for my order I can barely understand her and I politely tell her, she replies and again I tell her that I can't understand her, that's when she speaks up and I give her my order, a 12 piece order of tacos and she asks if I want sauce and I ask for fire and Diablo.
When I get to the window to pay, she seemed to be aggravated but
I hand her my card and pay. When I got home and I looked, I had 3 mild and 1 pack of hot sauce. I was so aggravated and I have decided not to patronize Taco Bell again, cause this isn't the first time I have had issues. For now on, I will give my business to a locally owned Mexican restaurant..

We can't begin to tell you how many times we have stopped at this particular Taco Bell and ordered dinner. On numerous occasions when we get home our order is never complete. On this particular occasion it was pouring down rain when we made the decision to stop for a quick bite on our way home from work. We knew better and did it anyway. We placed the order in the pouring rain through the drive-through. When we arrived at the window we double checked to ensure that our order was correct. The order was not correct. They had not heard everything we had said and therefore had to place a second order. Considering the outdoor conditions this was not awful. However, had we not checked, we would have certainly been disappointed. We had ordered two craving deals and two softshell taco Supremes. We paid for the second meal on a separate receipt and began waiting. Finally, after about what seemed like 10 minutes the bag arrived. The teenagers who served us assured us after we had waited that everything was correct. It was still pouring down rain and not wanting to hold up the line behind us any further we accepted the order and came home. When we arrived home the second cravings meal that we had paid for separately was not in the packaging. We contacted the manager who said that they would give us the remainder of our food. We told her that we could not come back that evening. This kind of thing happens all the time. I am not exaggerating, all the time. Not only was this another disappointing experience but the food was cold. This is why on the survey we rated the food in the manner that we have. I'm sorry to say we are done with Taco Bell. The training has to be better for the staff. The organization needs to obtain a new mission. Either get it right. Or stop trying to do it.

My son was so excited to get tacos from you today (he orders 8 just for himself), but after being in line for the 2nd time this month to find out you'e still sold out of Mexican Pizzas until end of September I said HELL NO! the rudeness and lying of store employee and manager
Visited Taco Bell today 7/25/22 @ 1156 I order the $5.00 box I was told they dont have them they kept referring to them as a combo box so they said i had to get tacos So i go to the window and i asked when they were bringing the classic box back they 2 ladies at the window said we have the classis its $5,00 duh i said thats what i wanted and you told me no I want to change my order they said no. So i called the local Store in Chillicothe, Ohio wesern avenue and spoke to the manager Kristen She wouldnt let me change my order she kept saying those 2 always forget and tell people we dont have that $5 box i said i usually go to the other on across town and get it weekly she then said i was bashing her store. Ordered food from the taco bell in wildwood Florida on fl-44 after waiting for a very long I asked twice where my food was the lady told me it was coming after they had already served a few people behind me...and after they had served the entire people that had ordered after me and after more came in and ordered and got there food and left I still had not received my food after asking the same lady they told me it was coming...now tells me she called my name 4 times and had to bump my order witch was a lie she never called my name I was next to the counter the whole time she wouldn't give me my money back or food so this tack bell owes me $20.89 y'all need to come here and fire everyone and start over the service here is bad employees just standing around doing nothing...

Gift Card payment not accessible in mobile app or web browser
My gift card no longer shows as a payment option on the mobile app when submitting payment. If I try to add it, the app says this gift card has already been added. It recently stopped working. I have a gift card with a verified balance remaining that I can't use.
fish and chicken fried in old grease
Good afternoon, I just purchased two 2 for 6 at store number 022346located on 7795 north 59th ave Glendale arizona 85301Cashier was Maria G at 1:55:08 PM . I called in to complain about my order and spoke with Jennifer, she claimed that she was the manager. She told me that she can only refund me half of my order which I'm not able to eat. I then asked her for the corporate office number . I have a picture of her. She gave me the 1800 taco bell number then they gave me the [protected] number. I was able to leave a message with my name and phone number and that the fish was deep dark and not golden brown and now I'm out of my money and still hungry . Please help me to get things straightened out .
