The associate taking our order was friendly and courteous, the dining area was very clean and our food was as expected. However, the wait time was over 12 minutes for just 6 basic menu items, our visit was at 1:14 and the other customers in the dining area (2 small groups) already had their food. There seemed to be plenty of kitchen staff. We observed during our wait time that meals ordered from the drive thru were the obvious priority. At least 6 cars entered the line, placed their order and got their food during our wait time. After about 10 minutes I asked at the counter about our order and was told it was almost ready, and was then told 'sorry about your wait' as our tray was handed out. I would like to see a little more fairness in this process, as customers inside should receive the same level of service as those in drive thru.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I order 5 layer burritos was given cheesy been and rice and I know it was rang in right cause I ordered from the kiosk machine when I politely asked for them to be replaced I was told I was a liar and they would not be replaced when I asked for the employees name that was being rude so I could report to the 1800 number they refused and decided to be hateful we tried to explain that we were not lying and we fully checked the burritos i even showed the burrito to them but by the end of it one of the employees decided to assault my husband in the lobby however due to him seeming very young we did not press charges however I will never return nor will I advice others to do so. Worst customer service I had ever experienced all for no reason.
On December 17, I turned 73, I decided to grab a bean burrito, after my visit to Verizon, for my birthday celebration. I ordered, and mentioned to Vazgen B that today was my birthday. He said with out hesitating, pulled out his wallet and said he would buy my lunch. I told him that he did not have to do that. He did it anyways. What a great act of respect for someone my age. That type of employees is very hard to find. Taco Bell needs to be congratulated for hiring such a neat person. I will take my 11 grandchildren to Taco Bell anytime they are hungry moving forward.
