My family and I placed a $50 order, My crunch wrap was made incorrect I asked for no tomatoes and they were on there and my daughter that I feed them to is allergic, so at 11:00 last night I was treating an allergic reaction. Also I purchased 4 steak soft tacos the cooks made soft tacos but instead of remaking them they added the steak ingredients which caused a huge mess. The tacos were so sloppy they feel out the bottom of the bag once the bag bursted open all the other items feel out on the ground. I have coppies of my receipt as well as pictures of the entire mess.
I then called the store to explain what happen, I spoke with the manager Pam that stated " well if you did not add the other ingredients that would not have happened" I then explained how my food was not correct she stated " that my receipt does not show what I purchased they only have the correct copy". I advised that is not true that the receipt I have is totally correct, she then stated " what you want me to do". By that time I was very upset, and she hung up in my face. I will NEVER VISIT THAT TACO BELL AGAIN IF ANY. I WILL MAKE SURE THAT THE ROMULUS COMMUNITY IS AWARE OF HOW INCOMPETENT, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, THE MANAGER WAS AND HOW WE GIVE OUR MONEY TO VENDORS AND THEY DON'T EVEN RESPECT THERE CONSUMERS. I WILL MAKE SURE THAT EVERYONE IS AWARE. THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE.
