Taco Bell - product and service

Mickayla the manager on Fri Nov 29 2019, was working the drive thru. When I arrived to speaker there was only 2 cars ahead of me, I was asked to wait (no problem, once she came back she (with no apology) asks for my order. In the middle of ordering I get cut off with "just a second", about 1 min later she comes back to finish taking my order. My order total $40 and some change. When I got to window she proceeds to state they are out of mild sauce can she get me another, I stated I only Like mild could I get some red sauce instead. No worries I know there's a charge, but since she ran my card already instead of asking if I wanted her to run card or if I had the .16 cents she automatically ran my card for .16cents. Get home with order, I am missing 2 cheesy Gordita crunches, and no black beans are on my chix power bowl AND no RED SAUCE! So I go back to store walk in, no one in line and no one in drive thru. Mickayla is present cleaning lobby, she slowly comes to counter and instead of asking me what's wrong proceeds to answer drive thru first. Once I am approached I explain (yes I have an attitude at this point because I'm annoyed with her service as it is) she never once apologized, does not let me finish, simply asks kitchen if they "threw away that order". Then she asks them to remake 2 cheesy Gordita crunches which I have to remind NO LET, and the chix power she asks if I want the black beans or just remake it, obviously I want it remade it's now cold. She also proceeds to ask kitchen if they even have black beans. Anyway, never once received an apology and when she told me they are remaking it and went back to her window I stated thanks I'm sorry too, trying to give her a hint. I asked for corporates number and she stated she had no access to it. I then asked if she was the manager she stated yes, and I said and the name is mickayla she responded yes as well. I proceeded to tell her "great, I'll find the number because you never once apologized for anything including the wait at the speaker from the get go! HORRIBLE SERVICE, she does NOT need to be in a management role PERIOD!
