I arrived at taco bell at 11:34am on Saturday December 21, 2019 with 4 of my friends. We spent a total of $43.00. The last person of our party was finally served at 11:56am. The employees including the manager had an attitude. Made us order from the kiosk after we stood around for 6 minutes waiting for someone to take our order and then lied to us and said the computers are down. We had to tell them what we ordered after we placed our orders through the kiosk. I have attached a short video of how slow the service was and the fact that customers are standing around with absolutely no customer service. I have been going to this Taco Bell for approximately 15 years and never had an experience like this. Very disappointed. The new management and staff needs to be seriously evaluated at this store.
