Disrespectful Service and Incorrect Order – Taco Bell on Watts Ave (April 24, 2025)
Dear Taco Bell Team,
My name is Loretta Irene Robison, and I’m writing to report a very upsetting experience I had at your Taco Bell location on Watts Avenue in Sacramento, California, on April 24, 2025.
I ordered six Taco Supremes with no lettuce, and made sure to clearly request that. However, every taco came with lettuce, completely ignoring my order instructions. When I politely asked to have it corrected, the employee I spoke with was disrespectful and refused to help me or replace the order. I even tried calling the store that night, but was told to call back today.
I’ve always enjoyed Taco Bell, and this experience was incredibly disappointing — both in terms of the incorrect food and the way I was treated. I left feeling disrespected and like my concerns didn’t matter.
I would truly appreciate if this incident could be looked into, and if you could consider offering a gesture of goodwill — like a voucher or coupon — to help make things right.
