tacos without chips
I ordered two nacho crunch double stacked tacos, I get them every night and last night the gentleman at the mic promptly informed me they were out of the red chips and he could replace it with Fritos if that was okay. Tonight, I forgot all about last night and I wasn't asked about any chips, they just didn't put any chips in my tacos and didn't say anything to me about it. I noticed when I arrived home.

paper ecards
The taco bell "paper" ecards are worthless. We purchased one in 12/19 and the local taco bell would not accept it. We finally did use it to order an "on-line" order. The second time we tried to use it it would not be accepted it. Wrote tb customer service and 3 weeks later had no response. I dont know if they are on the verge of banckrypty or what but I would not order any of thier on-line ecards as they are very diffficult to use and some of there locations will not accept them. Taco bells customer service is non existent!
elimination of taco bell green sauce from all stores
I am writing to file a complaint regarding the Taco Bell corporate decision to remove green sauce from the menu. I have lived in Arizona for 40 years and cannot believe that it was removed from this geographical areas menus.
Having gone to several stores the past 60 days I have repeatedly asked for it and been told it was removed and that numerous customers have asked for it.
This is a formal request to reinstate it at least in the southwestern states where it is requested and appreciated.
It has definitely deterred me from buying fast food at Taco Bell...

I had the salad and the shell tasted stale. The meat was in clumps and the seasoning was not blended at all. The taste was terrible. I ordered my usual at the Taco Bell in Seaford. 3 soft tacos with NO beef and Extra Cheese. I understand I pay for extra cheese but there was no extra cheese.
