I went to Popeyes on 7/22/2021, Place a big order at the walk in counter with a nice young gentleman, He took my order and went to ring me up, started punching numbers in, said they didnt work, he couldnt get the till open. He turned to his manager (female) and said his numbers wouldnt work, so she put hers in, said hers wont work either, she walked away complaining and was saying, we gonna have to wait til such and such gets back. She then got on her phone and called someone for their numbers, the y didnt work either and once again said we gonna have to wait for someone to come back. I just told them to forget it and walked out.

I placed online orders for sea food which was showing processed on my mobile phone apps at southfield popeye location on 7/12 at 8:31 pm. When I arrived at the window the ordered food wasn't available. I asked for refund instead working on my refund, the employee closed the window on my face saying go n check ur apps for any refund. Whole crew was very rude and non cooperative with no customer courtesy.

The rewards program is impossible to use.By the time you get off of the page to get the code and get back on, you get a new code.Also, the sign in Sherman Tx stays filthy inside.I have told the manager and employees.

I visit your store #13394 on Mountain Industrial Boulevard on 7/11/21 at 6:17 pm. I wanted to tell you how unsatisfied and disappointed with the services that I received today. I was told before I place my order what product that they didn't have before I place my order. I order a 2 piece spicy two thigh and red bean and rice with a dr pepper. After getting home I have a thigh and drumstick without any biscuit and red bean and rice that had uncooked rice that was stuck together with the red bean covering it to cover up the stiff rice. The product that I received was awful. I know this is a new location, but it still needs to be able to offer better services. My order # was 68. This location needs to do better with the services and the products that go out. I'm unable to upload a copy of my receipt I will send in a different message if possible.

My wife and I visited your Hwy 98 in hattiesburg last night (7/10/2021). On or about 6:34 PM we were leaving after ordering our food to go. There was a wet floor sign laying on the floor, not upright but laying flat on the floor. Wife didn't see it and took a horrific fall. She has two big bumps on back of her head, badly bruised knee and is extremely sore all over. The manager came and asked was she ok, she replied "I think so". Anyway, we picked our food up off the floor, thanked the two witness for helping her up, then we left. She is unemployed at this time so she doesn't have insurance to seek medical help. I would request that you go back and review the video and get this problem straighten out because due to your managers negligence, my wife is injured.

Twice now at two different t locations (Summerville SC and the brand new location Moncks Corner SC) have let me order chicken sandwiches, sit in the drive thru for ungodly amounts of time only to pull up to pay and be told they don't have any chicken sandwiches. I'm not sure how a chicken place runs out of chicken and I also don't know how the staff is so incompetent that they can't advise people this is the case before they waste 30-60 mins waiting in line. Simply unacceptable

Terrible! The chicken is all breaded. This is totally a scam. They making the chicken looks big because of the chicken breaded. There was no meat. It's all flour and chicken skin. Popeyes is one of my favorite fast food in Chicago. But eating Popeyes in Philippines I wouldn't recommend. They will ripped you off with your money for the quality of food you getting.

Twice now I have been to the Popeyes at 45 Duval Station Road in Jacksonville. The first time as I approached the menu to order someone came out and placed a note asking we place our order at the window. After waiting 20 minutes to get to the window, they tell me they don't have any more tenders. Can you imagine that at the dinner hour? Such poor management planning. Tonight, I tried again. They had original tenders only, no spicy tenders. Again, can you imagine, at the dinner hour? The tenders used to be the size Publix has. Huge and worth the money. Tonight they were not. Popeyes has decided to take a Publix tender and slice it four times and they call that a tender. They are NOT juicy. If you can find the meat, they are NO LONGER worth the purchase.

Good Afternoon. I had waited for months and months to be able to try your chicken sandwich. I am not a fast food eater but I only eat chicken as my meat. NO BONE. I tried the KFC chick sandwich absolutely not acceptable ! I tried the BK chicken sandwich absolutely not acceptable ! I WILL NOT TRY THE McDonalds Sandwich ! So was finally able to try Popeyes. I was SO disappointed. The meat was thin and breaded then doubled over and breaded again. It was not the vision I had seen on any commercial or advertising. It appeared the meat came in the wrong cut so they made it work as as a sandwich. Well that was not enough meat with too much breading. when i put in my order the person taking he order i told i wanted it freshly made, he said we just opened its all freshly made. Not really its already sitting there in the warmer. So i also ordered a large fry's. the fry's for being freshly made were already semi warm and greasy. Not as I was imaging them either. The person should have just made my order as I asked freshly ! I called the complaint line and I am on file there. I called on 7/6/21 around 11 am. I also have pictures. They also tried to make the sandwich more thicker buy putting on way to much mayo. photo 1 is an up close sorry blurry of the doubled over thin pieces with too much breading and mayo. photo 2 is one side that isn't all the way doubled over with thin pieces. photo 3 is the mayo so thick it is coming out of the bun. I will never try popeyes again it was a waste of my money and time. if the complaint line would have offered me a free sandwich and fries to try again even after i said i won't be going back. I would have tried it again just because I have read so many positives

Date of visit: This is a complaint after multiple visits between Sept2020-July2021

1. They are always out of items on the menu.
2. Staff is rude. They act like they are being greatly inconvenienced when they have to stop idle chit-chat and actually take on order.
3. They are highly unorganized. My order has been wrong as often as it has been right. I just flip a coin and hope for the best.
4. Half of the time, the chicken is old and biscuits are hard & cold.

We recently moved to Griffin, GA and were thrilled there is a Popeyes nearby (the Taylor St. location).
The first time we went, the drive thru speaker was broken and you had to drive to window to order. At the window we were told there was no shrimp, no rippin' chicken, and it would be a 20 minute wait on tenders. It doesn't even take 20 minuted to cook chicken tenders. We left.
The second visit someone greeted us on the speaker and asked us to hold one moment. He came back about 5 minutes later and I placed my order. He didn't say anything back. Nothing. Complete silence. About 5 minutes later, a lady greeted us again and asked for my order. I gave the order again- and she didn't respond. Silence again. Not a word. We waited 5 minutes more but no one ever came back. We left.
Tonight we went at 7pm and tried to order an 8 piece meal, only to be told there were no sides available. As in none. No cole slaw, no mashed potatoes, no Mac and cheese, no French fries. Nothing. We could have a box of chicken but nothing else. So we left again.
Obviously we won't be trying again, and since you have a one-star rating, you clearly don't care, but I thought I'd pass on the feedback. If you can't do better than this, maybe you should close the location until you can get it together.
