Popeyes

On or about 23 Jun, 2021 at around 6:15 pm I received a Door Dash for an order at Popeye's Chicken, 18150 Blanco Rd, San Antonio, TX 78238. When I arrived at the location to pick up the order, I went into the store as directed by Door Dash. This man that works at the location yelled at me and told me to go through the drive thru. I then got back into my car and went through the drive thru. Once I arrived at the window to pick up the order, the same man yelled at me again and told me that the lobby is only for employees and then told me to wait in the front of the store. Then he proceeded to yell at me again, asking me who the order was for. Then he yelled at me again, telling me that I was not going to receive the order because they were out of ice. He told the Door Dash representative that they were out of ice and could not fill the order. I then had to call Door Dash and inform them of the situation. Door Dash candled the order. I am not for sure what Popeye's policy is, but this behavior is unacceptable. I am a single mom trying to make a living just like everyone else and I should not be treated this way. I would like a response to this complaint.
