Waited 20 or 30 minutes total, I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches & they never returned back to me, since I was going to also order spicy fries. After 10 or more minutes of waiting & 3 times saying hello & asking if there was anyone there, I went to the window. They didn't excuse themselves. They asked me again what is it that I was trying to order. There were 4-5 cars behind me. She asked someone if they had their headsets on, since I complained about no one answering the microphone. Everyone seemed like if they were just talking or hanging out, but not working - about 4 visible employees. They were not allowing anyone inside the restaurant. They told me they had no more chicken sandwiches. I asked what they had, & she said chicken - that was her only answer. I was so upset, I just looked at her & left. All of the building outside lights & parking lot lights were turned off, which seemed like a safety hazard since you couldn't see anything in that parking lot. This was the worst service I have ever received from any Popeye's outlet.
