McDonald's

I went to McDonald's location at 3600 SE Federal HWY Stuart Florida on 10/04/2023. I was attempting toto use my app and App would continuously giving me an error message. I was in the drive-up window and after multiple attempt's I had to go to window and verbally order and pay with card my AMEX card which ends with (7003). My authorization code was (888983). My bill was $21.76 and all I am requesting is I receive the points that I would have received if the App worked properly. thank you for your help.
