Pulled over and downloaded McDonald's app at 10:13 am to order breakfast sandwiches because I could not get there on time for my 76 year old mothers egg mcmuffin due to traffic. Got to the drive through at 10:32 am with my code and was told I could not have it because breakfast was over. Isn't that why I have the app, to order it? It said my order had been sent to McDonald's so I confidently drove to my McDonald's location I chose only to be told sorry, we can't do that. Also can't delete app now because of open order. How about charges to the credit card I used for the order I never received? Very disappointed with McDonald's and this app that was supposed to be so helpful to me & my family.
Desired outcome: My mother didn't get her Mcmuffin. Sure felt like we did our part to make our order through the app. All I should have had to do was drive thru, give code & pick up. I did all that. You did not. Very disappointed with results.
If you look at attached photos the time ordered was 10:19 am. Also said order had been placed
