My partner and I visited Hervey Bay's McDonald on 19-10-2019 @ 08:41hrs, and ordered a Double Cheeseburger. We were number: 121.
The advertisement on television shows a large Double Cheeseburger, almost too big to take a bite from. When the burger arrived, it was so tiny, that a 2 year old child could have eaten it. The burger wasn't even even either, the top bun was almost off the rest of the burger. It was also dripping with fat. We were absolutely disgusted with your product. The buns were so small, and lettuce was limp! My pancakes were delicious, however my coffee was just warm, and as always, I specifically ask for "extra hot". This is so disappointing, as we love McCafe' coffee.

I went to McDonald's at Moorebank today and ordered McFlurry and large coke got to pick up in drive thru and the staff member leaned over and dropped the order all over me the coke opened up and all over my lap my upholstery and my mobile phone.i looked up and she was gone then another girl came up which was the manager and told her what happen and told her if the mess and damage to my seat and phone and wiring in my car no apology or anything I have taken photos of this and I'm going to get quotes on the damage I will be taking this further

A terrifying experience happened to me in a McDonald's restaurant. On Saturday October 12, 2019 I was in the restroom of your McDonald's at the Florence, Italy train station. I was in this bathroom with 2 other women when the pocket door to the washing area would not slide back open and we got trapped! For 45 minutes we were locked in the 5'x5 1/2' area while inept company workers tried to get the door open even though they were not doing the correct things to get the door to slide back open.
In trying to open the pocket door they had gotten it off the track and the 2 Italian ladies inside with me kept explaining to these men that the door was 1+ inches lower on the right corner than the left but they just kept hitting the door with a hammer ( or something similar) or putting a very thin screwdriver under the door in a feeble attempt to get the door back in the track. The police were called after 30 minutes but that was of no help.
One of the women trapped with me was getting very upset as I also was. After 45 minutes somehow the door was prided open and we all immediately got out of there! No one around spoke English (I'm American) so I don't know if they wanted to apologize or what my concern was get away from that terrifying experience and seeing my husband, he was not allowed to even come down to the door to check on me, the worker just keep insisting he pay .80 euros if he wanted to go there!
I can not begin to express how scary and totally upsetting this experience was. No matter where in the world a McDonald's restaurant is every part of that building should be in excellent working condition.
I pray that this facility will be inspected so this unnerving and extremely stressful incident will not happen to anyone else, legal action could be taken if it does.

Apple (I saw the name from her name tag) was servicing an old man and said, Do u have any xx card? The old man replied Yes I have. Apple raised up her voice, looked unfriendly and said, I asked u many times before and u did not give me any response, now u said Yes u have?! She pointed to his helper and said: u better assist him to order. After the order, Apple directly said $37, instead of Thanks $37. The old man looked to his helper and asked, how much? I can't hear clearly, and his helper talked the amount for several occasions and finally she just showed him some hand signal. I'm no sure if Apple encountered something from this man before I entered. However, in my opinion, it's really a bad service and attitude i've ever seen in McDonald's and we are talking about she is in a manager/leader position. She really breaks the image of McD and I feel full of scare from her activities. Even I only know the second part of their conversation, I can't understand why she needs to scold the man and not fully assisting him. She is not working in a service industry? So no need to RESPECT and give good service to CUSTOMERS? I can't see any bad words from the man since I entered.
I've sent a complaint letter in Chinese via FB messenger to the service team from McDonald's Macau. However I know they've already have a look on my complaints, but they did not reply me after a day. I hope this complaints-board can give me a response, otherwise I will have further action against this case.

I normally wouldn't say anything but I can't help it. So this restaurant has an A 100 health score and the burger literally tasted like poop. I've aeten there before and didn't have a problem. That's really gross especially if you have a 100 health score. Only certain parts of it tasted like that and not the whole entire burger. If something tastes like poop that's not even possible, that's just gross!

I want to complain your service crew named Joshua Ceda, in Mcdonalds Sta. Mesa. My Mom and my son took our lunch today around 11 am and we ordered 3 sets of 1 pc. chicken with fries and soft drinks. Cashier told me to wait 20 mins before they serve our orders and when my orders arrived I notice that one of the rice is cold as if it is not new cook rice, so I told the service crew to replace my cold rice to a new cook rice and still he gave me the same rice that I gave to him and one of the managers come to tell me that she will replace my rice to a new cook rice but I saw her that she only put it in the microwave to re-heat. I'm so disappoint that she did not replace my rice but instead re-heat the rice that I gave to them. And they told me again to change the rice and the crew told me that "Ayan hindi na yan ininit bago na yan"(here's your new rice, its not re-heated) I get mad and ask him are you mad at me?! but he neglect me and went to the kitchen. So I shouted him because I'm really disappointed to what their service they had shown to their customer. I Hope you'll make actions for this kind of service they had in mcdonalds sta. mesa.

Macdonald's breakfast all day allows people to sleep in and still get breakfast. Only problem I is many people start work at 6 or7:00. These people, myself included have a break around 9:00. Macdonalds has often been accused of promoting obesity and I can't wait to hear THAT debate once again over the breakfast all day policy, allowing people who don't work to be even more lazy and staying in bed to whatever hours of the day and then be able to STILL get their breakfast.

I go in accidentally a bit early and am told under no uncertain terms that I absolutely can't get a cheeseburger or a McChicken until exactly such and such a time and I'M RIGHT THERE BUT EARLY I have to think that SOMETHING IS REALLY SCREWED UP ABOUT THIS.

incorrect order and cold food
Hi there,
I am extremely disappointed to inform you about my recent visit to McDonald's. I ordered 3 chicken big tastys fries and a coffee. I am shocked to say the food was in edible. Not only was it not what I ordered (I received 3 beef burgers instead of the chicken burgers) but it was stone cold. Quite frankly the only thing consumed was the coffee. From both an environmental and ethical standpoint three of my family do not eat beef. Therefore we could not eat our dinner.
I hope you can see how deeply frustrated I am with this shocking experience and would like a full refund. I look forward to hearing from your complaints team soon.
