Apple (I saw the name from her name tag) was servicing an old man and said, Do u have any xx card? The old man replied Yes I have. Apple raised up her voice, looked unfriendly and said, I asked u many times before and u did not give me any response, now u said Yes u have?! She pointed to his helper and said: u better assist him to order. After the order, Apple directly said $37, instead of Thanks $37. The old man looked to his helper and asked, how much? I can't hear clearly, and his helper talked the amount for several occasions and finally she just showed him some hand signal. I'm no sure if Apple encountered something from this man before I entered. However, in my opinion, it's really a bad service and attitude i've ever seen in McDonald's and we are talking about she is in a manager/leader position. She really breaks the image of McD and I feel full of scare from her activities. Even I only know the second part of their conversation, I can't understand why she needs to scold the man and not fully assisting him. She is not working in a service industry? So no need to RESPECT and give good service to CUSTOMERS? I can't see any bad words from the man since I entered.
I've sent a complaint letter in Chinese via FB messenger to the service team from McDonald's Macau. However I know they've already have a look on my complaints, but they did not reply me after a day. I hope this complaints-board can give me a response, otherwise I will have further action against this case.

Buying coffee, on main street, then the security guard is mentally retarded challenging a white guy, tall, fat, sort of, but not fat, starts touching my suitcase, and I was sitting there, having bought a coffee, last week, I moved to the other chair on the back of the restaurant, he follows me there, starts saying I am going to talk to you for 2 minutes, I moved away from that area, I warned him to leave me alone, he not the people to follow me for, he is a very mentally ill car thief some sick type of break and enter person, I do not know or like, he is very ill, you should not let allow deceased persons work at mcdonalds that follow total stranger, and lies all the time and how can you follow a coffee? He is not the possible buyer. I will never go to that mcdonalds. He stalks to the corner of the main street, today, 3pm or 2pm, or 1pm, or so, 2pm, it was 2, he is sick, a rush walking running almost, I think he wants to hit me and rob me, leave me alone, I yelled at him, he is wearing a dark blue jacket, someone else, is told he is mentally retarded and he walks runs like to the back of the cn train station and follows cars there? He should be fired, maybe he's the one breaking and entering windows and stealing cars too? There is no reason to follow me says iran, do not come to me! Crazy people out of their minds making trouble. That's what he is retarded. So then I buy a big mac, it is spoiled, sour tasting I thought it was good, taking it for granted? Grant is his name at the other mcdonalds, do not follow me, then I have a stomach ache it's expensive, to buy, it is not edible. Then I try again, two nights ago, that was the other night, before, then I buy a cheeseburger, extra beef, it is also, no good, it is making me sick in the stomach, not good, on 21, sept, 2019 5.89 + 1.79 order 26034 total spent 8.06, it is not good to digest. I question if it was fresh and was left on counter and it is not hot, piping hot! Pop is no acquiring to big mac, is a total loss. I want a total refund. I bought it at 09:14:07pm please tell them to give me my money back, I will go over there on my way back to my place. And the cheese burger. I do not appreciate what I cannot get worst sick from, I had to buy advil and take care of it. It is not healthy. You should do something to get health safety checked. No one can serve hamburgers that are spoiled or not edible. I want my money back. I'm going to ask for it. I would take other replacements of that type of purchases. And please make certain that no one comes to me about the dirty security guard, he's retarded. Car thieving is a crime. There is absolutely no reason to do that to me

I want to complain your service crew named Joshua Ceda, in Mcdonalds Sta. Mesa. My Mom and my son took our lunch today around 11 am and we ordered 3 sets of 1 pc. chicken with fries and soft drinks. Cashier told me to wait 20 mins before they serve our orders and when my orders arrived I notice that one of the rice is cold as if it is not new cook rice, so I told the service crew to replace my cold rice to a new cook rice and still he gave me the same rice that I gave to him and one of the managers come to tell me that she will replace my rice to a new cook rice but I saw her that she only put it in the microwave to re-heat. I'm so disappoint that she did not replace my rice but instead re-heat the rice that I gave to them. And they told me again to change the rice and the crew told me that "Ayan hindi na yan ininit bago na yan"(here's your new rice, its not re-heated) I get mad and ask him are you mad at me?! but he neglect me and went to the kitchen. So I shouted him because I'm really disappointed to what their service they had shown to their customer. I Hope you'll make actions for this kind of service they had in mcdonalds sta. mesa.

Macdonald's breakfast all day allows people to sleep in and still get breakfast. Only problem I is many people start work at 6 or7:00. These people, myself included have a break around 9:00. We HADbreakfast and looking for something else. god forbid we come in before your predetermined "lunch". PLEASE CHANGE TO 9:00 At least.
Macdonalds has often been accused of promoting obesity and I can't wait to hear THAT debate once again over the breakfast all day policy, allowing people who don't work to be even more lazy and staying in bed to whatever hours of the day and then be able to STILL get their breakfast.
As for myself I really don't care what other people do but when
I go in accidentally a bit early and am told under no uncertain terms that I absolutely can't get a cheeseburger or a McChicken until exactly such and such a time and I'M RIGHT THERE BUT EARLY I have to think that SOMETHING IS REALLY SCREWED UP ABOUT THIS.
9:00 would be a great start and maybe you can get some people back that already changed to other places like BURGER KING ‼️

I am extremely disappointed to inform you about my recent visit to McDonald's. I ordered 3 chicken big tastys fries and a coffee. I am shocked to say the food was in edible. Not only was it not what I ordered (I received 3 beef burgers instead of the chicken burgers) but it was stone cold. Quite frankly the only thing consumed was the coffee. From both an environmental and ethical standpoint three of my family do not eat beef. Therefore we could not eat our dinner.

I hope you can see how deeply frustrated I am with this shocking experience and would like a full refund. I look forward to hearing from your complaints team soon.

I came over on the August 2 like always to collect my social security disablty check and ordered r food for me and my family and i ordered
2 sausage mcmuffins
A big mack meal ( large size)
2 mocha c iced coffees
A double quarter pounder
Large fries
And because this is from the corporate office her name is wendy told me that just because i took my food to mexico witch 2 minutes from the restraunt that she is not going to refund me my money for my order because me and my family all got food poising witch she says did not happen how would this lady know shes not part of my family she didnot eat that food and get food poisoning im going to start legal proceedings against your company

There was an employee name Tawny working in the lobby. Actually, I sat between 1:00 PM and 2:45 PM.

When I am in the Lobby Tawny said to me, I can't sit here without ordering MacDonald's food. And I felt so disrespectful the way Tawny behaved with me.

I said I came to meet my friend Ruben and to have food in the McDonald's.

Later my friend came to the McDonalds' and had a chat with me around 45min. He Ordered Smoothie and I ordered Flurry.

This incident happened in the lobby on 17th Aug 2019 between the 1; 15 PM to 3:00 PM; you can watch in the camera and please take an action.

I and my friend disappointed with Tawny behavior.

It is so disgusting this kind of employees working here and don't know How to do customer service? I don't think the store manager doesn't give proper instructions to Tawny.

If the same incident happens, I will file a case in court.

I would like to escalate this issue with the senior management team, so in future, it doesn't happen to others. Managers should take disciplinary action and dismiss her for couple of months.
