I came thru drivethru and an employee with the nametag Savannah was trying to make me feel sorry for her to give her money and was picking her nose when she thought I wasnt looking this happened about 630 Monday August 26 2019. When I told yahida the manager she did nothing about it. During all this there was customers waiting in the drivethru about 30 45 min to get there food

Acording the web site this is a 24 store. That stoped 6 months ago now the start time is 5am. This is not true seams that its when they feel like opening. Please change the open to whenever or a question mark. This us the 3rd time in a month they failed to open on posted time. So i go the the camby location and put my order in they try to give me the wrong...

This is not the first time this has happened and not the only McDonald's either. There is a major problem with either the hand lotion used or girls using perfume and not properly washing their hands... I assume you are using some form of SCENTED hand wash /sanitation cleaner??? The scent is so overwhelming that its residue is left on anything the person...

McDonald's My order made me and my family sick

I came over on the August 2 like always to collect my social security disablty check and ordered r food for me and my family and i ordered
2 sausage mcmuffins
A big mack meal ( large size)
2 mocha c iced coffees
A double quarter pounder
Large fries
And because this is from the corporate office her name is wendy told me that just because i took my food to mexico witch 2 minutes from the restraunt that she is not going to refund me my money for my order because me and my family all got food poising witch she says did not happen how would this lady know shes not part of my family she didnot eat that food and get food poisoning im going to start legal proceedings against your company

McDonald's Service

I am Lakshmana and went to Rochdale Mcdonalds on 17th Aug 2019

Here is the McDonalds Address: 6210 Rochdale Blvd, Regina, SK S4X 4K8, Phone: (306) 775-0256

There was an employee name Tawny working in the lobby. Actually, I sat between 1:00 PM and 2:45 PM.

When I am in the Lobby Tawny said to me, I can't sit here without ordering MacDonald's food. And I felt so disrespectful the way Tawny behaved with me.

I said I came to meet my friend Ruben and to have food in the McDonald's.

Later my friend came to the McDonalds' and had a chat with me around 45min. He Ordered Smoothie and I ordered Flurry.

This incident happened in the lobby on 17th Aug 2019 between the 1; 15 PM to 3:00 PM; you can watch in the camera and please take an action.

I and my friend disappointed with Tawny behavior.

It is so disgusting this kind of employees working here and don't know How to do customer service? I don't think the store manager doesn't give proper instructions to Tawny.

If the same incident happens, I will file a case in court.

I would like to escalate this issue with the senior management team, so in future, it doesn't happen to others. Managers should take disciplinary action and dismiss her for couple of months.

McDonald's Mc burger and combo deal

Horrible experience. I went to the Nugegoda McDonalds outlet of Sri Lanka. My burger was gritty like sand in the lettuce. When I told that there were sand in my meal, the manager arbitrarily took away my meal when I was trying to get a photograph of my meal. That was a terrible experience. They were like gangsters.
No one apologized me even. After that a girl named Sasanka came and told me that there is no possibility to contain sand in lettuce or meal. I mean seriously ? They arbitrarily took away my meal and then told me that the meal is in their garbage dump. I'm really disappointed and I didn't expect a terrorising behaviour like this in a McDonalds outlet.
And also they have arranged the tables under a staircase. Who in the world arranges a table which people are getting tgeir meal under a staircase ? When tge people were going up and down it was a terrible experience due to the sand and other dust.

THE SERVICE WAS REALLY BAD AND IT WAS TERRIBLE. They acted like terrorists. I really looking a good respond to this matter.

McDonald's big mac

I ordered a big Mac meal they ended up giving me a mcdouble dressed like a Mac and the bun was hard and the fries they were cold. I'm not impressed with this at all, I got home and just had to throw it all out.
This isn't the first time I've had problems with McDonalds.. I'm not impressed. Please help fix this problem as it was a waste of my money.

McDonald's late order more than 3 hours now

I made an order at 4:11am and they said it will come in 90 minutes ... and now it is 7:15 am and the order doesn't came yet ... I called the customer service 3 times and every time they told me that they contact with the branch and the branch told them every time that the order is in his way to me ... but nothing till now came to me and I am really so upset and nervous from that behavior ... please help me in that case

McDonald's customer service

This isnt my first time to this branch, as an investor in Sofia i visited macdonalds branch in vitosha boulevard and the service sucks! The staff are impolite plus they were making fun of me maybe cuz am an arab! They also made me wait for more than 20 min to get my order which was totally messed up!i order 4 sauces they gave me 2! I order 2 apple pies they gave me one ...etc, then i started noticing the way staff welcoming europeans with a smile ! But Arabs had a different way they were frowning and very rude with them...i don't think is the policy in Mcdonalds! I already placed a complaint to ministry of tourism ...this is totally un accepted ...i wish i didnt go there those ppl made me hate this restaurant ! An action should be taken ASAP!

McDonald's bad service

I waited 20m for someone to take my order although no customers were there. They cooked my meal like an afterthought because they were busy gossiping. Very unproffessional. Real disaster. I'm a Mc Donald custumor for 40 years, I can aspire you i wont go back to any Mc Donald in Turkey. Hygiene was disgusting by the way. They didnt have straws for the juice in the kids meal also. I'm American and I wasnt proud of our products! What a shame

I just had an order delivered in İstanbul/Turkey ehen ı gave the order on phone ı highlighted payment will be by setcard (a method of payment in TR) and when delivery arrived delivery guy told us they dont have the pos! We dont have cash on us and we had hard time for payment.What a service?i expect of a brand a standart on the servlces they make unfortunately i am disappointed with mc, not a poor service.

McDonald's 2 big mac meals and a double cheeseburger meal

The big mac boxes were dirty, the big mac burgers were all over the place, the double cheeseburger was all over the place and wrapped upside down. There wasonly one person working at 4:20 am in the morning. As soon as we got our order, the lights were turned off. Its supposed to be 24 hrs not when ever you want to run it. The person was clearly tired. My name is Chanthanome Sophaphone, my number is [protected]. I would like a phone call back as soon as possible. Sort your guys stuff out. You cant have one person running a 24 hr restaurant who is clearly tired and yawning while making my food! I want a refund because the food was disgusting. The Mcdonald's in Tazewell, Va is absolutely the worst in history. Breakfast is always cold and soaked with grease. Hash browns are cold, yet sopping with grease. McDonald's drive through service; person rude; incorrect coffee received; rude manager - heidi

I went through Drive today at around 10am and ordered supposedly a café latte, extra shot w/soy milk & 2xraw sugars. When it was time to pay, she charged me $7.90 and I thought this was not right cos I have been constantly ordering my coffee thru this drive thru branch & was being normally charged $5.50.

Female repeated my order on which it was clearly a mistake - she took my order as
Caramel Latte instead of Café Latte. She then supposedly punched in the correct order & I paid $5.90. Mind you, staff member did not even apologise but it was fine, as long as I got the coffee I have been anticipating for.

Got my coffee & drove off, took a sip and threw up as the coffee was still the Caramel Latte plus they put 2x raw sugar which made it taste disgustingly extra super sweet.

Tried calling the branch all morning but could not get through.
Finally got through around 3pmish in the afternoon and spoke to Manager - HEIDI.
I have advised her of the mistake this morning and that I would be driving by tomorrow on my way to work to get my correct coffee. Heidi asked me if I still had the old coffee, I said no as I had dropped it on my way to work going up the stairs so I threw coffee already.

Heidi advised me that I cannot get a replacement coffee as I had to return the incorrect coffee to show them. I found this process ridiculous and how she explained this to me in a condescending manner as if I was begging for a free coffee and it was as if it was my fault that I could not provide proof of incorrect coffee when their staff was the one who made a mistake not once but twice.
Then to make matters worst, She even questioned my calling later in the afternoon instead of calling in the morning after it happened. I told her that I had to get to work & in between, I tried calling earlier but there was no answer.

Being the Manager of that branch, she did not even offer any APOLOGY whatsoever but instead, made me feel that I was in the wrong all along.
It is just a cup of coffee, so I am writing to you about this bad experience and complaining about this due to principle., and I feel as a customer, the manager should have just offered this as a sign of goodwill due to their mistake instead of giving me such a hard time and talking down on me.

I hope this feedback will be a way of just providing staff with further training on COMMON COURTESY & KINDNESS. Actually, these qualities should be innate in whatever workplace or environment.

I asked for a extra small sweet tea and I waited for over 15 minutes and when I told her what I was waiting for she pretended like she didn't hear me. McDonald's quarter pounder with cheese

I stopped going to McDonald's because of the poor quality of the hamburger product. I don't expect a fancy burger. But do expect it to be eatable. I gave the quarter pounder a chance again today. Half the burger was not completely cooked. I'm done. Not trying to get sick eating a raw burger. Fast food should not kill you. Quality should be improved and be important to you and your franchise owners. The burger today was poor quality but it is not an isolated experience. I'm just done
