Mc burger and combo deal
Horrible experience. I went to the Nugegoda McDonalds outlet of Sri Lanka. My burger was gritty like sand in the lettuce. When I told that there were sand in my meal, the manager arbitrarily took away my meal when I was trying to get a photograph of my meal. That was a terrible experience. They were like gangsters.
No one apologized me even. After that a girl named Sasanka came and told me that there is no possibility to contain sand in lettuce or meal. I mean seriously ? They arbitrarily took away my meal and then told me that the meal is in their garbage dump. I'm really disappointed and I didn't expect a terrorising behaviour like this in a McDonalds outlet.
And also they have arranged the tables under a staircase. Who in the world arranges a table which people are getting tgeir meal under a staircase ? When tge people were going up and down it was a terrible experience due to the sand and other dust.
THE SERVICE WAS REALLY BAD AND IT WAS TERRIBLE. They acted like terrorists. I really looking a good respond to this matter.

big mac
I ordered a big Mac meal they ended up giving me a mcdouble dressed like a Mac and the bun was hard and the fries they were cold. I'm not impressed with this at all, I got home and just had to throw it all out.
This isn't the first time I've had problems with McDonalds.. I'm not impressed. Please help fix this problem as it was a waste of my money.
late order more than 3 hours now
I made an order at 4:11am and they said it will come in 90 minutes ... and now it is 7:15 am and the order doesn't came yet ... I called the customer service 3 times and every time they told me that they contact with the branch and the branch told them every time that the order is in his way to me ... but nothing till now came to me and I am really so upset and nervous from that behavior ... please help me in that case

This isnt my first time to this branch, as an investor in Sofia i visited macdonalds branch in vitosha boulevard and the service sucks! The staff are impolite plus they were making fun of me maybe cuz am an arab! They also made me wait for more than 20 min to get my order which was totally messed up!i order 4 sauces they gave me 2! I order 2 apple pies they gave me one ...etc, then i started noticing the way staff welcoming europeans with a smile ! But Arabs had a different way they were frowning and very rude with them...i don't think is the policy in Mcdonalds! I already placed a complaint to ministry of tourism ...this is totally un accepted ...i wish i didnt go there those ppl made me hate this restaurant ! An action should be taken ASAP!

I waited 20m for someone to take my order although no customers were there. They cooked my meal like an afterthought because they were busy gossiping. Very unproffessional. Real disaster. 2 big mac meals and a double cheeseburger meal
The big mac boxes were dirty, the big mac burgers were all over the place, the double cheeseburger was all over the place and wrapped upside down. There wasonly one person working at 4:20 am in the morning. As soon as we got our order, the lights were turned off. Its supposed to be 24 hrs not when ever you want to run it. I went through Drive today at around 10am and ordered supposedly a café latte, extra shot w/soy milk & 2xraw sugars. When it was time to pay, she charged me $7.90 and I thought this was not right cos I have been constantly ordering my coffee thru this drive thru branch & was being normally charged $5.50.
Female repeated my order on which it was clearly a mistake - she took my order as
Caramel Latte instead of Café Latte. She then supposedly punched in the correct order & I paid $5.90. Mind you, staff member did not even apologise but it was fine, as long as I got the coffee I have been anticipating for.
Got my coffee & drove off, took a sip and threw up as the coffee was still the Caramel Latte plus they put 2x raw sugar which made it taste disgustingly extra super sweet.
Tried calling the branch all morning but could not get through.
Finally got through around 3pmish in the afternoon and spoke to Manager - HEIDI.
I have advised her of the mistake this morning and that I would be driving by tomorrow on my way to work to get my correct coffee. Heidi asked me if I still had the old coffee, I said no as I had dropped it on my way to work going up the stairs so I threw coffee already.
Heidi advised me that I cannot get a replacement coffee as I had to return the incorrect coffee to show them. I found this process ridiculous and how she explained this to me in a condescending manner as if I was begging for a free coffee and it was as if it was my fault that I could not provide proof of incorrect coffee when their staff was the one who made a mistake not once but twice.
Then to make matters worst, She even questioned my calling later in the afternoon instead of calling in the morning after it happened. I told her that I had to get to work & in between, I tried calling earlier but there was no answer.
Being the Manager of that branch, she did not even offer any APOLOGY whatsoever but instead, made me feel that I was in the wrong all along.
It is just a cup of coffee, so I am writing to you about this bad experience and complaining about this due to principle., and I feel as a customer, the manager should have just offered this as a sign of goodwill due to their mistake instead of giving me such a hard time and talking down on me.
I hope this feedback will be a way of just providing staff with further training on COMMON COURTESY & KINDNESS. Actually, these qualities should be innate in whatever workplace or environment.

I stopped going to McDonald's because of the poor quality of the hamburger product. I don't expect a fancy burger. But do expect it to be eatable. I gave the quarter pounder a chance again today. I always run threw threw at mcdonalds on fridays, for my family. I ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese no onion. 1 double cheese burger meal. And 2 happy meals. Boys. Not only when I get home the order is nothing nothing I ordered. The sandwich my son got it is happy meal was disgusting. Hair in the cheese. Ome soooooo grosssss. I called up to the mcdonalds and the manager was so rude to me. He hung up on me. This isnt right and its gross. I paid alot of money that day and got that [censored]. I am sitting here at the moment typing this (Saturday 20th 2019 @ 21:26). I got here and greeted the lady standing at the counter . She literally looked at me and walked away like I wasn't standing there. Then i also waited a good couple minutes to be served, the staff were doing their own thing and totally ignored anyone standing in the queue to place an order for a while. I did get my order however I can honestly say I will not be returning to this McDonalds, used to be a usual Friday stop for me. I am not writing this to gain anything however this attitude of staff will seriously hurt the business in the area. I would suggest looking at the footage from the cctv in store atleast 20 minutes prior to the time i mention above and see for yourself.

This morning July 18, 2019 I ordered two bacon and egg muffins at the MacDonald's on Trunk road in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario. Both sandwiches were stale, crusty and cold. One had dirt on it, looked like it had been dropped on the floor and the other looked like it had been beaten up and ripped apart by a gorilla. By the time I noticed the defective sandwiches I was 20 miles down the road so I didn't return them. They weren't fit for human consumption so I fed them to the animals.
