On 10/5/19 I sustained a n injury due to a fall at the entrance to this location. The employees were helpful once inside. Being an HR professional my question is are the employees trained to make a report of incidents on the premises. I was rushed to the hospital so at the time so I never thought about a report. Since then I have been told that whether the company was at fault or not a report should have been made. I have not been back there since I am still recovering from my injury.
