McDonald's - rude employees

On 10-19-2019 at 4am, I decided to stop for breakfast at the McDonald's right in front of the hospital I work at in Birmingham. I arrived at 4:01am and waited to order in the drive thru. Only one vehicle was ahead of me and no others around. After the vehicle ahead of me placed their order, they pulled around. I was told to "hold on a min". At 4:10am, I was asked to place my order. I have long enjoyed McDonald's biscuits. I placed my order of (2) bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits. I was told to pull around. Once at the first window, I could see an older female employee writing something down next to the register and a male employee walking around in the background. After a minute or so, she walked away, never to be seen again. She never even acknowledged I was there. I waited until 4:15am before I decided to pull up to the next window, hoping to see someone. At 4:20am, after not seeing anyone at the window, I decided to drive away due to my shift about to start at 4:30am.

I really do enjoy McDonald's breakfast. The whole point of getting there when I did was to pick up breakfast and eat before work. But sitting in the drive thru for 20 mins just to be ignored is not the way I wanted to start my day.
